das hotel selber hat eine perfekte lage zum strand, alle einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden. die Pacific Fair Shopping mall ist super nah gelegen. das hinterland das eben meist vergessen wird ist auch extrem nah und doch sehr reizvoll. |

Close to the main city - Housekeeping-Staff was watching tv, when we came to our room. (21 floor) happened twice! And I got much nicer and more comfortable rooms for less money! |

The location was excellent and the food from the restaurant on level 1 was absolutely delicious. The concierge, Michael, was extremely kind and professional towards myself and other guests. There is no room service at the hotel. |

The staff were fantastic. Promptly and kindly responded and acted to queries from everything regarding a television that did not to work, to what bus should be taken to a shopping mall and estimated cost. Delightful people. We were in holiday mode, hence, not rushing, so this is no big deal, however there was literally a multi-minute wait for lift services to get between floors and arrive for use. Once they finally did, the lifts were usually already filled to capacity. |

It is very convenience as it is easily to reach to shops for shopping and foods as well as the quick accessibility to public transportations. The staff are helpful and cooperatives. The room that we were paying (AUD 373 for 3 nights) did not cover breakfast, which was very disapointed. The hotel should provide and include breakfast to the patronage. |

the motel was very central to all the beach, shops and resturants, it was clean , we had lake views and city view from the balcony. could of had free internet service for the price we payed to stay there as i was charged $6.90 for 15 minutes just to do a airport check-in where the shops down stairs charged me $2.00 for 21 minutes and print out |

オーシャンビューの部屋の場合海側に他のビルがあるために日の出は直接見られないが空の朝焼けや南北のビーチは眺められる。 街の中心部にありビーチに行くにもショッピングをするにも食事をするにも便利な立地にある。 チェックイン時にオーシャンビューの部屋にアップグレードして貰ったが清掃が完了できていなくて他の部屋に変更してもらった。 |
