La vue magnifique sur l'océan et la proximité des commerces, l'entretien des locaux.Un très bon restaurant. Le fait qu'aucun personnel de l'hotel ne soit bilingue , et l'attente des ascenseurs. |

Good breakfast included in deal. Night Club in the street below the hotel made a noise from 12 pm ti/l the nest morning 6 am. We were on the 27th floor with closed doors and could not sleep because of the noise. |

It,s so central to everything. House keeping lady was an absolute treasure, stood at our lift as we were leaving and saw us goodbye.( I think she was Indonesian.) Not all the staff at reception were friendly and welcoming. |

Clean and comfortable as all I wanted, and that's what I got. The staff were fantastic as well. Well done. There are 3 lifts that cover the 35 floors, I was a little disappointed in how long we had to wait for a lift on some occasions. |

We got an upgrade to a higher floor and we liked the restaurant. Very central location. Not well isolated, thus noise from parties outside. For the price we paid, we had expected more. |

Its location.The close proximity to shops, restuarants,public transport, beach etc The room could do with a repaint and some of the tiles in bathroom needed grout and mould removed |

The hotel location is very good. Also, the room was very clean, had a great view to the sea and multiple facilities (tea, coffee, iron, etc). |

The price was good. Location was excellent. Breakfast included was excellent. Room was comfortable. Swimming pool area and gym area not large enough for the number of guests that the hotel accommodates. |

I was given a great room and I would like the hotel to always book me this room 3509. I attend lots of conferences, forums and meetings and I request the hotel to always give me a good offer so I permanently use this hotel for all my businesses. I also deal with lots of National and international officials so if the management of the hotel consider our request. We will even use the facility for our conferences and forums. Please advise of what can be offered. Not at all- All was very good, but the price was a bit high. Being the Director of Angels of Mercy, I have stayed in many hotels but I highly recommend The Courtyard by Mariott .Thank you again. |

good location. close to city center and the wonderful beach. big space inside the room and competitive price. service of waiter in the lobby is great! travel agent doesn't work all day long making booking day trip inconvenient but i think i has little to do with the motel's management. |

Close proximity to beach and Cavill Avenue. The lifts are useless - long waits (up to 10 MINUTES) for a lift to stop on our floor. Had to resort to walking down the fire exit more than once. |

I have booked for my stay via Booking.com website. When I arrived at Courtyard by Marriott Surfers Paradise Resort, the staff told me that she is unable to locate our booking. I showed her the printed copy of the booking confirmation and she immediately arranged for our accommodation with the same price I have booked via online. It's a pleasant surprise for us as it's a king sized bed instead of queen sized bed. I like the service offered by the staff, Sue. She is a professional staff. I was looking forward to Courtyard allowing tourists like myself to check in early whenever there are available rooms. However, we were unable to check in early. In addition, the sofa sets at the main hotel hall are old and dirty. They were the same as I have stayed in Courtyard in years 2000 and 2003. It is high time that Courtyard can change the sofa sets. |

Great Location - right in the heart of surfers paradise. Great if you are planning a big night out! Facilities & Room were ok. The standard was not quite what I was expecting from the Mariott chain. It was a "budget" Mariott. Would only stay there again for location reasons. Was disappointed with the rooms, small and nothing special. |

Great proximity for amenities. Shopping centre, beach, etc. The room facilities, so old fashioned and boring. Tv and furnitures are not good at all as compared to other same star hotels. Need to improve a lot to get into standard. Not a good value for the price paid. |

We really enjoyed our visit well placed for the beach and shops, hotel is clean and well run Room keys, every night I had to return to reception for the key to be re-set this is an issue if you are on the 36th floor. |

The location is the biggest plus of this hotel, although the rooms and the gym are not so good, compering to other hotels with similar star rating. At first the room and overall look of the hotel disappointing, whilst on the next day, if you need to get somewhere at the Gold Coast, you see that the location of the hotel is just great! Everything is close, bus stop is just around the corner, supermarket is in the same building and the biggest malls on surfers paradise are just meters away! ...I think that the price and location of the hotel, compensate for the looks of the room and other hotel facilities. The look of the hotel and the style of the hotel is from the 80s. I really think that it would be much better with the "face lift" and room furniture upgrade (the fridge and tv, were just from the past era) |

The position is outstanding. The staff were great. The restaurant was good value with good food and the service from the restaurant staff was excellent. TV could have been upgraded - but not really a problem. As long as we could watch our sport!!!! |

The Hotel was in the heart of everything Surfers Paradise. Walking distance to beach shopping & restuarants. The REZ252 Restuarant - Fabulous value Seafood Platter!! Loved it! |
