The location is great. Excellent value for money. Good and helpful staff. Generally excellent. Well recommended. You have to get a user name and password for the free internet every 3 hours of use. If you use the internet a lot it is really annoying going down to collect your new user name and password every 3 hours or so. The internet itself is slow and unreliable. The room was spotless but you could not open a window. |

The staff were very helpful. The beds were a good size and very comfortable - a bonus for someone over six feet tall. The blind over the bathroom window did not work. When I looked behind the blind, I noticed that the bathroom window frame was in need of repair and appeared not to have been painted for a very long time. |

Central for transport and walking. Close to a variety of eating out options including the usual take aways. The process of renovation going on. As a room is vacated the painters move in. The varnish being used was extremely pungent and caused breathing problems. I do beleive that there are available paints etc that do not smell like this. |

The cleanliness of the rooms and the efficiency of the staff there. This is the second time we have stayed there and if going to Perth again would certainly be booking in there again |

Well located in the city centre, friendly staff. Free internet access The room had a generally scruffy appearance with stains / marks on the carpet and the seat covers. Also, there were scuff marks on the walls of the room and the wood trim had been poorly touched up. The bar especially, and brasserie are not of the standard that I would expect from a 3 star hotel. |

Close to the city, transport, shops etc. The young lady who was on the reception desk on the afternoons during my stay was extremely helpful and couteous, excellent customer service!! Fan from the air con was noisy, but on my second stay stayed in a quieter area of the hotel which was a lot better. Language problem with a couple of the staff and a member of staff need to take lessons in customer service. |
