Comfortable mattress, good local info in rooms, easy to use tv and remote. Do not like quilt inside sheets. You can not kick off the quilt when it's too warm as the nylon outer of the quilt is very cheap and nasty to the touch. The tiny bar fridge was so full of contents at inflated prices we could not get a bottle of water or drink into it.

We enjoyed the room, the tv, the complimentary newspaper every morning. We were able to use the gym/swimming pool of the Crown Towers. No bathroom in the room.

I thought the hotel was immaculately clean and we loved the view of the city and the chaise lounge that you could lay on and watch the world go by. I ordered breakfast to the room for 1 person, but because I checked the box on the order that said 2 people in the room they assumed the breakfast was for 2 people, so I got double the order which was odd and then of course paid for it.

The size of the room, the space in the bathroom also not having a bath, the view, the swimming pool and the comfort of the bed. People knocking on the door, someone from reception ringing at 5.30am and then saying "wrong number", the children diving and jumping in the pool. Also if you ask guests to sign in to the pool area surely they must sign out or else how do you know if they have left the area (basic OH & S).

Plush feel of the hotel room without being 'over the top' Excellent service via the phone - ordering meals and wake up call. Friendly service by the meal delivery staff. The booking in admin staff whilst efficient spoke too fast and did not explain the charges well enough. Although they were pleasant this is the only area I felt did not match the rest of my experience.

We especially loved the wonderful noise free environment of our room.We were on the 10th floor but never heard one sound anytime. We had the most wonderful sleep.The housekeeping of the room was excellent. The window seat was a firm favourite, a great spot to relax in the sun with a book. The room service dinner was also excellent. A few little items could have been improved, for instance the lighting in the bathroom was hopeless for applying makeup. We had to buy extra tea bags and coffee and would appreciate herbal tea bags supplied in the room.
