Fremantle football team staying on the weekend we were there... and then Crows lost to them and we had to face some of the fans at breakfast the next morning. :-)

The amazing service, excellent rooms, comfortable beds. So quiet, it was like I was the only one on my floor, no outside noise. So close to everything. A very beautiful hotel, I didn't want to leave.

For a girl who wears make up the lighting was very dark, very hard to apply in the dark when getting ready to go out.

There was nothing about the stay that we did not like, but if we had booked with the hotel it would have been cheaper.

The pillows were hideously uncomfortable. Four of them all exactly the same! Why not provide a couple of choices in pillow?

we found the location good for shopping and sightseeing around the city. It was near the museum and art gallery and the city shops.

lack of plates and cutlery to have a quiet snack up in our room without having to use room service.

Lovely hotel, great rooms and ammenities. Comfy bed. Grreat position and proximity to the city. Very helpful staff in arranging transportation and supplying directions and suggestions for activities. Nice restaurant.

Unable to flush toilet in room on departure day due to unfortunate problem at hotel with pipes.

The staff could not do enough for us. Close to Rundle square and the restaurants. It was just awesome

-Location, room lay-out, bed size, room size -Ease of coming and going. -Good view

-TV sound is poor as speakers are not effective close to the wall. -Did not detect switch for fan in bathroom -Can't clean toilet as there is no toilet brush -Tray for suitcase narrows walking through

Areas for improvement. -Clean the outside of the windows more frequently. -Provide bubble bath or access to bubble bath as rooms had a great big bath!

Everything! Comfy beds, quite room, good gym, tasty breakfast.

New & fresh, nice bar, good food, freindly staff

Insuffient breakfast staff - coffee machines not good, either running out of coffee or cups - i.e. ended up with no coffee. Nothing like sitting down and being offerred a coffee without having to queu or wait for cups or wait for the machines to be filled. Valet parking expensive and no discount in local car park. I ended up paying $44 for the carpark for one night (as opposed to say $16 at Glenelg) - It made the nights stay overall quite expensive.
