Lifts kept taking us to the 13th floor?? Don't understand why, we were on the 6th. Key card inconsistent.

Lovely hotel, great rooms and ammenities. Comfy bed. Grreat position and proximity to the city. Very helpful staff in arranging transportation and supplying directions and suggestions for activities. Nice restaurant.

Unable to flush toilet in room on departure day due to unfortunate problem at hotel with pipes.

The staff could not do enough for us. Close to Rundle square and the restaurants. It was just awesome

-TV sound is poor as speakers are not effective close to the wall. -Did not detect switch for fan in bathroom -Can't clean toilet as there is no toilet brush -Tray for suitcase narrows walking through

Everything! Comfy beds, quite room, good gym, tasty breakfast.

New & fresh, nice bar, good food, freindly staff

Insuffient breakfast staff - coffee machines not good, either running out of coffee or cups - i.e. ended up with no coffee. Nothing like sitting down and being offerred a coffee without having to queu or wait for cups or wait for the machines to be filled. Valet parking expensive and no discount in local car park. I ended up paying $44 for the carpark for one night (as opposed to say $16 at Glenelg) - It made the nights stay overall quite expensive.

A good location and a beautiful hotel!

The second morning of our stay I ran the shower in the morning. There was no warm water I called reception and they advised the boiler had broken down. That was ok I then proceeded to have a cold shower the next day when checking out the make receptionist asked how was your stay I said fantastic apart from yesterday morn the boiler had broken down so we had to take cold showers he responded saying oh well that is just one of those things which is out of our hands and wasn't apologetic. I thought it was extremely poor Customer Service!

top location close to all good restaurants, cafe and retail shops. Superb swimming pool, spa, sauna & steam bath. Room is comfortable and size is good and large bathroom. Breakfast was excellent with so many choices and healthy fruit juicing drinks definitely value for money for a 4 star hotel

Parking a little pricey with no alternate parking options

Everthing went smoothly the room was quiet and comfortable for us both. I booked through booking.com for a double / twin room and found on reading the print that a twin room could note be guaranteed. I emailed the hotel and was told that a note would be put on the booking and they would make every effort to accommodate my request. I was very happy when I opened the room door to find I was not going to have to share a bed with my adult daughter. Thankyou.

Air-conditioning struggled in the high temps of March in Adelaide and high occupancy. On talking to other travellers I learnt this was a very common comment by a number people staying at other hotels around Adelaide at the time. Luckily we were from Qld not NZ!!

We liked everything about the small apartment/room. It was great location, staff where great and very friendly. Couldn't of asked for a better stay :)
