Needed a proper fridge in the room not just a cooler for drinks...I like to keep real milk for tea/coffee...especially when I stayed 3 nights

Loved the villas. Very well designed with great views and enough privacy and space to suit anybody. Will definitely be back (for the 3rd time).

The beds were quite hot, the underlays caused excessive heat however i feel that if a topsheet was used this could be alleviated. Beds and pillows very, very comfortable though.

The facilities were excellent. I was upgraded to a two bedroom unit, which was very luxurious and made me feel special.

Although I had indicated that I am gluten free there were no gluten free meals provided and I needed to ask each time. On the plus side the staff did then go and get me something suitable.

The breakfast was great. It was the Easter long weekend but the staff were able to get through the hoards of people without making it inconvenient. The express check out is fantastic too! Overall a great weekend away!

Room service took 50 minutes but overall good experience

The space between the villas and surrounding the hotel. The various games, activities and pool available. The proximity to vineyards.

Barbecues would have been appreciated in the villas without additional charge and the price for wifi was prohibitive.

Resturant buffer was run exceptionally well. It was the little things that made it a good experience (two types of bacon). Bit over priced. I left some earrings behind in the room and the house keeping staff were friendly enough to retrieve it for me and post it to me (not yet recieved). The room itself was well appointed.

I asked for 2 rooms together, was given 56 and 57 but they were in seperate buildings. We then had to move rooms. Room service that I didn't order/ recieve was charged to my room. Yet to be refunded to me. We had dinner in the resturant Saturday night and were met with exceptionally inexperienced staff. My husband ordered a glass of wine before dinner was served and his dinner was cold by the time it arrived. There is also a lock of Gluten Free options on the dinner menu. A friend checked out and asked for all our charges to be put on his credit card and although the receptionest took his card and put it through the terminal, all the charges were charged to my credit card. When i phoned to question this, the girl I spoke to was unwilling to accept what had happened and seemed unwilling to help. Am still waiting for her to send me documents I requested 2 days ago.

Great staff. Fresh juicing section at the breakfast buffet is great. Good food and staff at Redsalt Restaurant.

No bottled water in fridge. Room service dishes from our first night were not removed by the staff cleaning the room the following day.

it was quiet despite a large 'day on the green' contingent

no hot water for showering!!! Really think they should have offered us some sort of recompense (maybe a free breakfast?) as at over $300 for the night it was way too expensive for cold showers! Staff told us they had 'reset' the heater, but this was far too late for anyone checking out that day. Also the bed was made in a way in which it was impossible to pull the doona up past your waist until we got out of bed & pulled it entirely out- half was tightly tucked under the mattress for aesthetics as the doona cover only covered 2/3 of the doona- quite annoying in the middle of the night!

Our stay was very good value because of mid-week rates; full price would not be so good. Aside from that and the food/drink prices, it's a comfy hotel.

Prices in the main restaurant are ridiculous. It would be hard to eat even modestly, with wine, for much under $100 per person. So we didn'T. Even in the downstairs bar a $12 bottle of local wine costs $50 - this is just a rip-off!

Beautiful landscaping and great location. Will definitely return for a longer stay

The noise level in the dining room (Breakfast) especially was overwhelming and not conducive to a relaxed breakfast.In fact it did spoil a beautiful breakfast spread - Also the discovery of a number of small cockroaches in room was disappointing

Clean hotel, friendly staff, nice layout.

Make-up mirrors can only be used by 6ft supermodels. Toilet roll is mounted facing the bowl (why not away??)
