Very friendly staff on check in and out. The room was clean and comfy with excellent block out curtains and a comfy big bed! Spacious bathroom with a good sized bench (very important for getting ready for a night on the town!) Bathroom not super modern, but certainly functional and spacious. I hate shower over bath, but not a big deal for a night or 2!

The valet parking was great. The service was fantastic and very friendly The restaurant were setting up for breakfast while we were eating our dinner. I thought this was a bit inappropriate and felt like we were in the way and being hurried out.

looked very plush to both my wife and i eco frendly because of the tv screen , blew me away power and water useage opened my eyes to how big crown plaza is. thanks we enjoyed our stay

My room was lovely, with a very comfortable bed. I ate dinner in the restaurant, which was delightful. Breakfast, pancakes, in my room were absolutely delicious. I would stay again for sure.

That there is 2 different rooms, however not interconnecting. The front of house staff are wonderful. Thought having a suite you would better quality. There should be more plunger coffee if not an expresso (Pod) machine to use. A large size fridge with some crockery and cutlery would be good (kitchenette). We asked for the herald sun and once again we got the The Age, this has happened before. Our plunger coffee wasn't replaced as we did use it. The milk wasn't replaced. One of our swipe cards went missing also. We stayed 2 nights, they half serviced the room. The rooms are a little dated for the price.

Clarendon Grill restaurant had great food & excellent service! The shower head needs to be stronger in pressure. Hotel manager should consider getting free government energy & water saving products installed, as it will benefit the entire hotel.

I liked proximity to City and all Southbank Restaurants. Staff were not as pleasant as other Hotels, the facilities are very dated in general for price they are asking.

Location is Perfect. You can't find any better located Hotel than this Carpets on the Corridor were filthy. Very poor maintenance inside the room as well. Could not shut the Toilet door. When I complained about the room, the receptionist said, these are the rooms allocated for guests coming through other web sites. Better be careful fellows. We were there for celebrating our 25th Wedding Anniversary and I can't explain how disappointed we were
