Staff accuracy Very Dirty all round but bathroom filthy

Great location, close to CBD awsome view of the park, valet parking staff did the best with what they had

Out of date rooms, Bathroom tiles and grout/silicone was dirty, Valet parking driveway was a nightmare when we arrived, cars everywhere, no luggage trolleys left

Great beds, comfy room, great view with balcony, balcony was definately a plus when I booked. Great location and outlook.

Didn't like that you couldn't park without paying $29 a day

Awesome awesome service , the hotel is great for the price and in an awesome location even though is not right in the CBD it has the best views of the swan river and you can take beautiful bike rides or walks along the riverside :) the pool is awesome at night in the beautiful summer sun on top of the hotel roof over looking the riverside and views also the room was spotless clean and hygienic. The buffet breakfast was amaze balls so much variety and freshly cooked !! I would book again for a longer stay because this hotel is Friendly and comfortable !! Thumbs up team and thank you very much.

Large space bathrooms were nice

Breakfast staff quiet rude because we are very young. Stayed on the weekend breakfast should be abit later. Aircon was bad and couldn't go in courtyard was locked the whole time.

Beautiful location overlooking Swan River. Easy walk along well maintained gardens to Perth Central . All staff were more than helpful and always smiled when I came back from the pub slightly worse fo wear! The guest laundry faciity was a blessing as I was running out of clean clothes quicker than expected. The business centre was useful to me too. Breakfast was plentiful with a varied choice (far too much for me!). The eggs benedict were a treat, I will be adding them to my hotel requirements in future! The complimentary bottles of water in the room were welcome as I was still jetlagged (and hung over) for a day or so.

I enjoyed the whole crowne experience. We were made to feel like we were the most important clients there.

Good room with a big bathroom, location of the hotel close to the cbd, you can either walk or take a free bus, there are plenty passing by.

At check-in the receptionist said that did not have a map of the area anymore, however. We found it on the stand near reception. I was asked what newspaper I would like to receive in the morning, however nothing appeared in the morning when I checked. Called the reception, waited for another hour and 5 mins before leaving the hotel received a newspaper.

The roof top pool!! This was a great place to float around and soak up the city vibes.

The pillows. There was only bulky hard pillows on both double beds in my room plus a queen bed in my brothers room. Should at least have an option in the room as to suit those who don't like hard pillows.

Swimming pool was great. Good view of the fireworks on Australia Day. Walking distance to city shopping. Awesome buffet breakfast.

A bit expensive for the level of service and room quality.

Staff were friendly and attentive. Room service was prompt and reasonably priced. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Excellent location, the buffet breakfast was brilliant as Perth is so expensive for food and drink. Views of Swan River lovely. Roof top pool bonus. Pillows and beds very comfortable. A very reasonable price per night as well. All staff efficient and courteous.

Mix up on arrival, booking not found from booking.com. Had 3 x rooms booked and inconvenienced my clients staying with the mix up. Ended up being sorted with no appology. Probably wont stay there again

Room was beautiful overlooking Perth river, loved waking up to the scenery. The city buses were all free around the city that was the best!!! Appreciated Perth, the breakfast was the best enjoyed our stay, we will definitely come back. Thankyou crown plaza.

There was nothing to be negative about the place....

The staff as usual were courteous and efficient.We'll certainly return again.

The breakfast buffet was well presented and the choice catered for all tastes.BUT they still can't cook mushrooms which were dry and tasteless depending on when we presented for breakfast.The sausages were also dry and tasted like cardboard.Last but not least the coffee machine seemed past its use by date always appearing to need TLC.

Loved this hotel! The staff were so friendly! Room was very clean, the bed was so comfortable, I had a great few nights sleep there. Free washing facilities! Lovely food! I can't wait to return! :)
