We stayed only for one night and I loved my stay there. The hotel is excellent, rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel is close to everywhere. The view from the hotel was great. Breakfast was also fantastic and had a good selection. Hotel Staff was excellent and very helpful. I recommend Growne Plaza in Terrigal to everyone and would love to be back.

location and cleanliness of the room I am a priority club member and the trainee did not offer to help putting my points on the account. Later I spoke to a mature worker and she was more than helpful.

Room was a good size, bath, view and balcony. Walking distance to beach, restaurants and shops. My husband and I did not have the breakfast at the hotel, we thought at $38 each we would get better value at some of the many cafes nearby.

The room and view. The breakfast and the staff at breakfast were excellent. Room service was cold and reception did not answer phone. Band was noisy.

The view, very helpful member of the house keeping staff. Room was quite tired, no soap, toiletries etc. charging a surcharge for using a card.

Loved the atmosphere, location, staff was professional and courteous, a very pleasant experience, we will return there. Buffet breakfast was excellent, choice-wise and quality. Compliment to the staff !!! n/a

Staff at event very attentive and pleasant. Great canapes and nice wine. Nice conference facilities. Attractive designed bar/lounge Bathroom and shower very spacious and the bed was comfortable. Bar was understaffed and tables wet and full of glasses when we arrived for a drink. Alarm clock radio in room went off uninvited at 8 am - it was Saturday morning after an event. Breakfast not included in our tariff of $252 for the one night - man on desk just said it wasn't included but didn't offer us any options. Decor in corridors of hotel ghastly!

Beds are extremely comfortable It took 12 minutes from arriving at checkin counter to actually get spoken to by staff Breakfast starts at 7am, not an ideal time for business travellers- should be 630am

The location was fantastic, the staff recommended a little restaurant called The Letterbox Restaurant which was amazing. We are going back to stay in Terrigal at the Crown plaza again just to go to The Letterbox Restaurant for dinner.

The general ambience, the large room & beds. The balcony, the situation beside the sea, the sea view from the restaurant and lounge, the friendly staff. The dinner menu & standard of cuisine was excellent. As a guest perhaps the parking fee was unnecessary? The breakfast buffet was a bit disappointing & the "Barrista" service/queue slow. Gluten free options would have been appreciated at breakfast.

We could not have stopped at a better hotel considering the heavy consistent rain that we experienced on the weekend. The hotel offered access to lots of activities both inside and directly outside for our group of friends. Nothing, although we do not usually pay these prices for rooms.

The booking in process was friendly and helpfull. The fridge was not set up to contain anything that I would like to keep cool.
