The friendliness of the staff. We had a problem with the door lock after hours and Peter worked very hard to get it sorted out as quickly as possible. He had to call in a locksmith to gain access to our room. He placed us in a vacant room so that we did not have to stay outside in the cold. I was most impressed by the way he looked after us during this time and cannot thank them enough for their consideration. Well done to the Crystal Fountain Motel.

Great motel for large families,especially the inter connecting rooms. Very clean facilities,pool looks great from the balcony,just needed some warmer weather. Very friendly staff. Will be back and recommending to others. Thankyou Crystal Fountain

comfortable, well-lit room; spacious - including bathroom and shower. Sauna and spa pool available at no extra cost ! Albury is a really nice small rural city - lovely botanic gardens and excellent plant nursery might have to share the spa and sauna ? (but we didn't, as it turned out). Perhaps the sauna stove could have more protective sheilding - if patrons were to slip on wet floor a burn could result.

Kids loved the pool Parking a little cramped for longer cars. Maybe mark lines so that people park on a diagonal Microwave a bit small - couldn't put a babies bottle in as it wouldn't fit

We used this hotel as a stop over on our way to melbourne. It was clean and comfortable, the manager was friendly. would be nice to have an option where breakfast is included in price, however we ordered from the menu and the food was nice and good value
