The food was outstanding and the staff were fantastic and the grounds were magic.

The rooms need a facelift but were still nice - they are just showing their age a bit. The bed was magic and it was very relaxing sitting on the balcony in the spa looking out at the rainforest.

    Great food.

Bad Value for money as cabins are old.

The resort is first class and the staff very attentive. It is a privilege to stay in such a unique setting.

The rooms while comfortable struggle with the environment they are in and are a little dated. The overall experience of the resort make up for this though.

splendid location amidst rainforest, restaurant very recommendable - food and service much above average, good value for money

in such climate everything is detoriating too soon (which probably causes tremendous expenses)

This place is amazing. Most peaceful place to stay and the staff make you feel at home.

    That I don't live there.

Staff were incredible, friendly and accommodating!

I checked in prior to a spa treatment and had no hot water so took a cold shower as I had limited time. I mentioned the lack of hot water when I went down for dinner and was given advice that unfortunately didn't work. Had to call again later and have a maintenance guy (who was fantastic) come in to fix the problem. Also, no internet access in room - should be more transparency about that! Also, no tele, iron or iron board in the room and had to request iron at last minute as I assumed it would be there - which they supplied straight away. Just hate calling and feeling high maintenance for things that are present in any other hotel.

Adored bathing in the balcony spa at dawn and at twilight, knowing no one could see us and no insects could get to us. Loved the spacious, airiness of the room. The staff were excellent and helpful in locating tourist experiences that suited us (we were not interested in crocodile spotting) and the restaurant was very innovative - hats off to the chef and soux chef. We relaxed completely. Gentle, private, and exquisite.

Given the remoteness it was accepted by us that particularl dietary restraints would be hard to accommodate, but perhaps an option, when booking, to specify gluten free would add to the experience.

Beautiful rain-forest location, charming lodges in the tree-tops which were cool & extra comfortable, friendly, efficient, non-intrusive staff and innovative well-prepared & presented meals.

Transporting luggage from the car-park to our lodge was hard work, although we did get some help. Some of the timber on board-walks needs replacing, but I expect sustainable materials like wood quickly deteriorate in a rain-forest environment.
