Cheap, clean and reasonably central to town facilities. Good breakfast and well priced. Facilities are old and some e..g sower need some attention. Air conditioner needs updating. Very basic, not even a plate, saucer or knife.

Central location to places of interest and assistance such as the Info centre. Receptionist was a gem, could not do enough for one. Always cherful and helpfull. Hand Basin taps that needed new washers to stop their dripping

Reasonably priced and fairly central; staff were efficient and friendly. Bed was comfortable and clean although an electric blanket would be welcome at this time of year. Room was quiet and noise insulation from road and neighbouring units was good. Cooked breakfast was well done. Bathroom hot water was nice and hot. Appreciated drinking water in fridge.

It was a simple yet comfortable room. There were laundry facilities Breakfast options were cheap & tasty. It was in a good location, very reasonably priced and clean. Helen the owner was very friendly and helpful about anything that we asked her about.
