I loved the location - Potts Point is very trendy. I booked a room with a bay view. The first room they gave us the view was from the bathroom window. When we inquired they immediately changed us to another room with a great view. The hotel is a little tired and could do with some upgrading.

I love the location. Not too fancy. Everything one needs except free wifi. I can't comment on the staff because I haven't needed to so that must be a good thing. No free wifi. No veiw of any sort but I will request that next time. The hotel is a bit tired but I will come back & I reccoment it to others. Thank you

Our room with a Bay View was good. Close to Train and Bus Walking Distance Botanical Gardens and Circular Quay..Could not hear any noise from our room at night!!Great location..

The hotel is very outdated and run down. Our room was only fair dirty patches on the chairs and floor and the shower needed a good clean. There were marks on the pillows the fridge had a really bad smell and 2 of the door handles were broken. Very disappointing from the lady time we stayed there!

I like the convenience and quietness of De Veres. The staff are friendly and efficient. It is also very clean with adequate facilities and very good value for a budget restricted person such as me. There is really nothing to not like at De Veres.

It is hard to find a hotel with a decent price for singles. The facilities were excellent and I was very happy here. Location great for me. only the horrible tasteless scrambled eggs. I like eggs for breakfast but this did not taste of eggs at all! otherwise breakfast was fine.

The first place I ever stayed that had no cockroaches!!! I sprayed the moment I walked in there,but nothing...I Have a fobia of creapy things..What a relieve it was. It was clean and the front desk staff could give me directions everyday to find certain places in the cbd, and where to catch a bus and trains. Very very helpfull. I loved staying there, will definately recommend it to everyone. Just not happy about the $20 they deducted on my account after I checked out.
