Proximity to underground meant all of sydney was accessible. Room was clean and comfortable - all at a very reasonable cost. The window view was good. |

Visiting Sydney and relatives for the first time so the location was important. Our choice turned up trumps as everything (Opera House, CBD , Shops and Botanical Gardens were within walking distance. Our room was also upgraded due to the length of our stay - a nice touch and a welcome suprise! All the facilities you could wish for are provided, and overseen by really friendly and helpful staff. |

Nice big room, nice view of trees outside. Able to open windows and have fresh air. Generally quiet. Were woken two nights. First by a big argument/fight in car park below our building (we were in 211), the second by cars all sounding their horns for several minutes - not a lot you could do about either. |

nice breakfast every morning. you had to pay the first night on forehand by booking. And while checking in they wanted to make a creditcard print , I thought this was a lack of trust. |

good value for money in a good position in a lovely city unfortunately a room with the view being a brick wall was a bit like staying in a cupboard |

Good location. Excellent desk staff and porters. Defects in services took long time to be fixed after reporting. Street side rooms extremely noisy. Cleanliness needs to be improved. |

Politeness of staff and a clean comfortable bed. Hotel was old and tired, poor decor, no bar or evening meal facilities. Was recommended the adjacent Indian restauraunt where the service and food turned out to be very poor. No warnings of being situated in or adjacent to red light district. |
