Access to the Darlotheatre and restaurants. It is not a luxury hotel but is good value for money. The buffet breakfast was excellent. |

The reviews were right, it really smelt bad. I thought people were overreacting, but from the strong musty smell of the elevator to the bo smell in the wardrobe, overall made for an unpleasant stay. Also when they say parking close by...they mean 2 blocks away and being a girl, (although I felt relatively safe) I still did not want to walk that at night on my own! The room itself was no better than a roadside motel room. |

It's proximity to the shops etc The hotel is quite shabby and needs some tlc. The fridge in our room had a tray in it to catch water, when I opened the door, the tray fell and the water went on the floor. The bathrooms and fittings really need upgrading. I would only recommend this hotel if the price was on special or I was really stuck for somewhere to stay. |

I and my son thought your hotel was great, clean friendly and the price was good. Location and price were the reasons I chose your hotel. Yes!!! We stayed in room 122...someone should clean the window sill behind the curtains. To our shock horror there was a used tampon sitting there...the rest was so good that we didn't complain, but I really think you should get rid of it !!!!! |

Location is perfect and is just a nice distance from the Cross. Close to all the cafes and bars and public transport. Staff were very friendly and helpful, you felt safe in the hotel at all times. Only thing I would suggest is to have armchairs in the room for comfort rather than stiff back chairs. also there were no face cloths in the rooms. |
