Devere Hotel is a 3½ star, boutique-style hotel specialising in the corporate and leisure market.

The Devere is ideally situated on a tree-lined street in Potts Point. Some of the rooms overlook Sydney Harbour. Potts Point has a flamboyant reputation featuring Sydney's top restaurants and a cosmopolitan lifestyle. Aromas of freshly brewed coffee, baked breads and pastries fill the morning air. A colourful antique arts & crafts fair in Fitzroy Gardens is on every Sunday.

At Devere Hotel, buffet breakfast is included in the room rate and dinner is available at the Indian restaurant. There is also a business centre with conference facilities, which is located on the top floor and boasts panoramic views of Sydney harbour.

If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first three nights will be charged.

One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.

One further child under 12 years is charged AUD 65.00 per night and person in an extra bed.

One older child or adult is charged AUD 65.00 per night and person in an extra bed.

Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.

Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Deposit

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

All bathrooms have combined shower and bath with hair dryers. All windows open, some rooms have a balcony and we also provide self-contained studio apartments.

We wanted a cheap, clean, comfortable hotel for a one night stay. The Devere met our criteria. It was central to many amenities. There was a good breakfast.

Position

Yes, the toilet in our room was disgusting as it was leaking from the system,had to keep emptying the the waste paper bin the water was leaking into. We called reception you couldn't fix it, we should have been offered another room.

That 'Buffet Breakfast' was included in the rate. It's very close proximity to the good public bus service making it very easy to access Sydney.

the double bed was a bit small - after having a queen size bed at home for years-we were a bit shocked to see a double one but it was comfy
