Staff were friendly & welcoming

No linen provided in the 3 day stay ! Not happy for the price we paid. No tea towel provided ! Smell of sewerage smelly & yuck. No meals provided for room service or restaurant ! Poor

Very peaceful/relaxing. Staff was lovely.

Blinds didn't cover the windows. Hot water took a long time and wasn't consistent. Pillows were poor

Ross welcomed us warmly when we arrived early and recommended things to do around while we waited for the rooms to be ready. Jody greeted us cheerfully at our checkout and ensure we had great suggestion to do for the rest of the day. The location is excellent being surrounded by so many wineries! Both Yarra Glen town and Healsville were just a short drive away. Room was a well equip studio.

The walls were quite thin making us able to hear our noisy neighbour's conversation (they were pretty loud tho'). Thicker curtains would have been better as the blinds did not totally cover the sun into the room.

I loved waking up next to the vineyards.The view from our room was very pretty and the room comfortable..... The staff was super helpful and friendly.

Needs a flyscreen on sliding door thats about all. Everything else was good

Insects dead and alive everywhere in the room and during the night. A nightmare

The location, the grounds, the bunnies, the room, the views from the room, the quiet, etc

Some beetles in the room in the evening. They seemed to get in under the gap in the door

receptionist very helpful , in fact gave us a lift to the wedding in her own car after her shift ,on her way home , this is service above and beond the call of duty - well done

Peaceful, but only there due to a wedding.

I would prefer to stay at a place that has room service and breakfast on site, I did not realise that the breakfast offered at $25pp was at another site etc

location was great to the wedding venue- Fergusons Winery

the expense! $250 for room only- no breakfast? the bed very cheap- bedhead banged while having a romantic time. It squeaked. very poor when booking it said wine tasting included. No it was not because the winery was having the wedding. therefore should not be said included when booking on site.

Beautiful location and lovely staff who were very helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. Gorgeous views and the best shower ever. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The toilet had clearly been recently used when we got into our room and had not been aired out properly. As we arrived late in the day it would have been nice if the room had been aired out when it was cleaned earlier.

Good staff, very friendly and helpful, good location close to many wineries

More "fancy motor in" than lux, expensive for what you get ( but to some degree much of the Yarra Valley falls into that bucket). We had been told about it by friends as upper end accommodation so we might have had unrealistic expectations. Odd pervasive smell in room from septic system. No amenities beyond basic motor in.
