The room is very well furnished (apart from the pillows) and the desk is big enough to work on. Pillows much too hard ... and I was told that the hotel can't offer a choice ... which shows a lack of interest in guest needs. |

Clean, comfortable and modern rooms, with well trained and presented staff Guests seemed a "bit" young for us. (both in our mid sixties) |

We loved the trendy decor in the entrance area and quietness of horel room. We gave the hotel 5start rating and we have stayed at most other 4 or 5 star hotels in Canberra because we visit every 6 weeks. The carpet in the rooms was super trendy but not good on the eyes. Wish it was not quite so zig zag. |

Reception staff where helpful with locating offices I had to visit using Google Maps etc The room was cold on first entry and took some time to heat up |

was awesome staying there....The receptionist was nice...cant rememberher name tho....lost a pink camera. called back but the staff havent gotten back to me... |

Loved the decor, loved the service, loved the fact they didn't hesitate to discount our room rate when we complained that we specifically booked a room with a bath in it but couldn't take a bath as the tap was broken. We will be returning to Canberra just so we can stay in the hotel again!!! |

Ho apprezzato molto lo stile dell'arredamento, la semplicità nell'ottenere la connessione internet (e anche il prezzo: un forfait di 30$ per 48 ore mi sembra un'ottimo prezzo). Pur non essendo lontano dal centro, non è ben collegato. Il servizio trasporti pubblici in generale è carente a Canberra, e subito fuori dalle vie principali direi disastroso. Unica alternativa (oltre ad una salutare camminata) era chiamare un taxi. Non ho gradito i lavori fuori dalla mia finestra che mi hanno svegliato alle ore 6.40 del mattino. |
