The location was spot on for what I was after. There is a beautiful organic store just a short walk from the hotel and the convience of other stores within walking distance made for a very stress free stay. It is a beautiful jog from the hotel to the botanic gardens that offer amazing views of the Harbour Bridge and the Opera House. Every morning there was a new selection of magazines and newspapers for me to choose. The bed was to die for comfortable and the overall styling of the room was exactly the standard I was hoping for. Even down to the bathroom products which were beautiful! I had a great stay and I cannot wait to come back.

Have stayed there before a number of times-friendly staff and close to supermarket etc-excellent rooms-the special offer of breakfast at two local cafes was really great-we hope to be in Sydney next year for nights of 13 , 14 , 15 April-let us know if you are going to run a special for those nights-our next door neighbours are going to Sydney soon and we told them about your hotel-what really impressed us last weekend on Saturday morning was one of the desk people gave us an umbrella to use as it was pouring down with rain-do not know his name , but a young Asian man-he deserves a pat on the back or a salary raise!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had booked a courtyard room through booking.com, however the staff told us that the booking came through as a deluxe room. Which, we were not happy about as we had specifically booked the courtyard room and had booking confirmation. However, the receptionist Hayley was fantasticlly understanding and discounted our room and upon arrival we had a beautiful cheese platter and bottle of champagne.The room was great and we couldn't have asked for a better location, and the staff were absolutely fantastic!! All in all as disappointed as we were about not getting the room we booked the staff and convieniance more than made up for it!

Ideale Lage des Hotels in einer -zwar etwas vom eigentlichen Zentrum entfernten- authentischen Gegend der Stadt mit kleinen Kneipen und französischen Cafes, witzigen Geschäften und interessanten Menschen jenseits des austauschbaren Mainstreams.

Location, friendly and professional staff. I arrived off a long haul flight and was desperate to have my room before the 3pm check in time, the lovely lady on the promised she would call me as soon as the room was ready, and she did. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We were firstly placed in a room which provided free earplugs - because of the noisy construction going on in the next building. We did not think this was appropriate and asked to be moved to the other, quieter side of the building. The staff were very good in moving us immediately.

The location was great if your looking for a night out in Kings Cross with friends/partners. It was a 2minute walk from World Bar and Clubs. Lots of places to eat and public transport pretty much at the door step. Our room was modern and very clean. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. We arrived to the hotel at 11am and check-in wasn't until 2pm but they changed room for us so we could check-in to early. Very pleased with our stay and will deffinately stay again in the near future. No faults really, unless you can't stand city noise/traffic as it is in the heart of the nightclubs/party scene.

There is no hotel restaurant and there is nothing particularly close by that offers quality food - whether this be for dinner or breakfast. For late arrivers (as I was) to the hotel this limits the enjoyment of the stay.

The location and the breakfast at Tropicana nearby. The rooms are rather small, but that's not the problem. The problem is that the rooms are not practical (eg no hooks for towels) and dark.

“We had a most comfortable stay at the Bayview Boulevard when in Sydney in early December. On arrival, we were delighted to be upgraded to a high floor with city views. The room was spacious, clean and had a very comfy king size bed. There was lots of hanging space in the wardrobe, which isn't always the case in hotels. The staff was friendly and efficient.
