It was a home from home and very comfortable

Excellent environment for families with young children especially on ground floor. Clean and safe.

Room service at least every 2 nd day would be nice, with fresh towels. Very limited car space ( one per room) if traveling with family/ friends in two cars

The aspect of the premises. Appealing lagoon/swimming pool views. well established gardens and palms.

Dishes etc in unit were not cleaned as I would have expected. Ended up rewashing all dishes that we used. Informed that the pool heater suffered a minor fire the night before we arrived. As a result pool was not warm. Didn't bother the kids but bothered me. I question if there was in fact a fire in the first place.

Peter the manager is really awesome and accommodating! I am definitely coming again; the 3 bedroom apartment was adequate for my grown up children and their partners, tit was clean and tidy and the rooms were comfortable. Food is close at hand and the beach is a short walk away! Definitely recommend this place to families :)

Great stay at Diamond Sands Resort, loved that there were a lot of families and young adults all having a good time, it was a nice relaxed atmosphere, will be staying there again.

really unconforable beds, the main bed lent towards the head on a slant rooms need a bit of an update and a few repairs

After hours check in was spot on.

Water pressure and temperature control was variable from minute to minute and shower to shower - annoying.

Diamond Sands was lovely to stay at!! We loved the beach style pool and the grounds and modern style of our apartment..

Only that it had to end!

Handy location, room was spacious, pool was lovely.

No curtains and blinds let in too much light so hard to sleep in. Door had no chain. Deadlock on door but had no key. Call centre was quite abrupt when we rang about it. Also a terrible smell in the stairs outside Room 5 that got worse over 3 days. Also charge of 2c for salt and pepper was very mean.

Loved the room, the cost, the pool area, the security.

The fact that when we asked about future stays we were told they couldn't book a particular room - we really liked the ground floor 3 bedroom unit that we had this time.

It was very clean & comfortable! As a hardworking mum of three grown up children, it was really nice and relaxing! Beautiful clean beds & towels! Nice clean bathrooms! Really a treat for me and my family! Everything we needed as far as kitchen and utensils etc! Lovely ! Would highly recommend there, staff very pleasant!
