Night stuff were lovely. Day staff, rood and very un helpful.

Size of rooms good, decor relaxing, sofas very soft and comfy.

Bathroom needs renovating..a bit worn and tired looking. Grout around spa and sink dirty, chipped and mouldy looking.

Location was great just an easy walk to South Bank where I was attending a conference. Great spacious rooms, very clean and excellent facilities

Good outer city location, had free spa facilities

A bit outdated. My "Queen" bed was 2 old single mattresses pushed together. The gym is not free and there is no pool. Ok for price but definitely not near 4.5 stars. More like 3 stars

Excellent location. Extremely courteous staff. Value for money. Room made up promptly. Tea and coffee making facility topped up regularly.

Little slack in clearing tables at in breakfast.breakfast. Strong smell of new paint .

The location, including easy access to South Bank. The suite - spacious and comfortable. The parking - very handy.

The room/bathroom needs updating as there has been some damage - but we understand that is part of why the hotel is good value.

Location to Mater Hospital.Plenty of eateries and supermarket nearby.

Road noise was atrocious.Especially when raining.Difficult to sleep from 5am when traffic increased.

The room itself could do with some "sprucing up" (cracked paint on walls), we found clothing in the sofa bed in the lounge when we unfolded it, indicating the room hadn't been checked/cleaned properly from last use, the spa jets in the tub left particles of grime when turned on

Friendly staff, close to town, close to shops and restaurants. Plenty of parking spaces.

Advertised as 4 & 1/2 star accomodation - no where near it, 3 at best. Also advertised as free gym and spa which was not the case, we had to pay for a gym which was not even within the hotel. Was expecting a far nicer room for the money that we paid, also no option to purchase movies through tv, the in-house movies that were provided through the tv had an incorrect timetable and also a poor signal on the screen.

This was our second stay at Diana Plaza Hotel. The hotel is very conveniently located for us to visit with family and the rooms are spacious, well-equipped, well-maintained and clean. Most importantly for us, the hotel has excellent free parking. We will definitely stay again on our next visit to Brisbane.

I wish they had a pool!!

I just loved the staff. They were thoughtful of my needs. Loved the breakfast. I would stay again. My trip was to visit my 5 week old granddaughter in icu at Mater Mothers who will be there till at least next July. Your rate of $99.00 fitted my budget but I am told this is for a short time which is a shame as for $99.00 I could have visited every two weeks. Hotel easy to city and south side.

Location, helpful friendly staff

Great price included free parking; so close to good restaurants - Southbank is a ten minute walk down the hill; room comfortable and clean with bar fridge, tea and coffee, and TV; handy to public transport - train and bus only minutes away.

Good value for price, good location and free car park

Room Wasnt clean at 1.30 when we arrived in the room. Picture on website looks like if there is à pool, it is just The Spa. There is no free breakfast and the restaurant doesnt look interesting..

We always love staying at the Diana, and the only challenge we have with it is the shower facility which is in the bath and only a portion of the bath is cordoned off by glass which makes it extremely difficult to shower without the water getting all over the floor. A curtain on the other section would be much more comfortable. Other than that everything is marvellous including the very lovely breakfast area. Thank you for our stay.

the conference room could have been more secluded the staff had trouble with the redneck wedding party and kids running through
