Located only 10 minutes’ drive from Darwin city centre, Aurora Shady Glen Tourist Park offers accommodation options to suit all budgets. Facilities include an outdoor saltwater swimming pool. All accommodation at Shady Glen Tourist Park Darwin includes air conditioning and a refrigerator. Cabins are available with a fully equipped kitchen, en suite bathroom and lounge/dining area with TV. All guests have access to a shared kitchen, coin-operated washing machines and dryers, and landscaped gardens with a covered barbecue area. Free car parking is provided outside each room. Helpful staff - clean rooms Way over priced for studio rooms. Was not impressed with the laundry facilities and no warning that they turn on sprinklers under the clothesline - how ridiculous.

The facility as such is not bad if it only was cleaner and the staff friendlier. Staff very unfriendly - usually unheard of in nt. Room and facilities not clean, except bed linen.

Rooms were excellent. Service was excellent. Entertainment was excellent - Fats Tommo - great entertainer. no food shops close by or on premises. maybe be given a list of food shops and addresses and map as we spent almost an hour driving around at night trying to find something open. Not having been in Darwin before it made it hard. Carparking was also a bit of a problem as we weren't sure where we could park and could not park. no parking spots were marked. Couldn't find a clothes dryer only washing machines and clothes line.

Sa situation géographique proche de l'aéroport est idéale pour des personnes arrivant par avion en fin d'après midi. Très facile d'accès. Au delà d'une nuit, il faut pouvoir supporter les décollages et atterrissages réguliers. Possibilité de se faire remettre la cle hors des heures d'ouverture si la direction veut bien vous donner le code d'accès au coffre extèrieur Bruit des avions
