great location, particularly as close to city (free) tram. Appreciated being able to leave luggage at office. Great accommodation and view. Could have been more toilet paper / dishwashing powder provided as ran out very quickly. Dishwasher smelly. Oven difficult to use as instructions around knob have been mostly rubbed off. Supply of oven /pizza tray would have been handy.

I liked the view and the layout Had no idea if we had a pool didn't know who to call to ask I think for casual bookings a info pack should be available. When we booked the 3 rooms we specifically asked to stay in the sane building and that didn't happen. 1 party was asked to stay across the water which forced us to cancel the booking. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed the view from our apartment and the location was very good - handy to local shops and restaurants and easy distance from the CBD. It would have been helpful to have had access to WiFi supplied in the unit - in this day and age it is an expectation. We feel the cost of the apartment should have covered this.

loved location the accomodation was a bit old looking, marks on walls, doors and cracked tile in the kitchen. Also whilst I appreciate it was an apartment it wasnot cleaned while we were there (only bookings over 7 nights) nor were amenities replenished, two toliet rolls in a two bed apartment for four people for a week! Whilst there was a washing machine and drier available to wash towels, I still think they should have been changed as we actually paid for those facilities. We would have been treated better in a hotel.

Location was great, nice to be able to have a choice of restaurants for meals or takeaways. City Circle tram was really close, Harbourtown shopping was also really close and convenient. Grocery store on the corner was a bonus as well. I did not realise the apartment was not serviced daily, given the timing of our holiday coinciding with the Grand Prix, the price of the accommodation was at the higher end which was expected, however I think I expected servicing to be included.

Close to city tram routes. Good restaurants close by. Comfortable beds. No airconditioning in bedrooms and corridor of appartment. Needed painting and a freshening up of accessories and paintings (they were in cupboards or missing from the wall) Fly screens on doors for security.

- The apartment itself was very trendy and comfortable with a nice view of the harbour - The way the staff came to our unit due to complaint from other tenants of the noise level that we've created (we have 2 kids below 3 yrs old, kids being kids..what do u expect ?) as if we had just 'killed' someone. We, being sufficiently educated and civilized, will be more than glad to obey the rules.

The luxurious experience of being in the Nolan apartment, 21 st floor in the sub penthouse with an amazing 180 degree view of the city and the docklands area was the highlight of this trip. A spacious three bedroom apartment all with balconies with magnificent views and a spa. It was luxurious and pampering. Close to transport, convenience stores, liquor store, restaurants and harbour town. Prompt service from friendly staff made the stay enjoyable.

The view from the apartment was something else! Loved that we were upgraded to a three bedroom apartment without even having to ask. The pool and gym facilities are great. Very convenient location as restaurants and shopping are all at your fingertips. The free City Tram and the visitors shuttle are just a short walk away. A few days here and you wouldn't want to go back home!! Limited access to wi-fi/internet. This is probably me just nitpicking but I think parking should be provided free of charge not $15/day.

Great service from staff & more than willing to accommodate. Will highly recommend to other friends. Rubbish disposal was a major inconvenience & perhaps needed more signs to indicate where to go for this. Also, access to the apartment from the carpark was an unexpected difficulty as the closest lifts were not working. We found out we needed to walk down steps to floor 1, open with the key, walk down the non aircon corridor to the next lift to access floor 3. Wasn't the greatest experience with heavy luggage was all.

Position great close to public transport, city shopping & activities that we had booked for young children. Very comfortable unit for a family to stay. Quite expensive but I guess to get beds for 6 we have to pay this much, which can make it difficult for some families to have a weekend in the city.
