Easy access information texted to me prior to arrival, near to supermarket, close to airport, comfortable lounges & beds

Light in kitchen not working, booking.com did not pass on my request for a Porta cot, however I arrived in the evening & contacted the manager who delivered a cot within 10mins, he told me booking.com regularly did not pass on that information

Very clean and well presented and staff were excellent. I left my phone behind and Fransisco managed to track me down so he could return the phone- much appreciated!

We found a nut under the TV stand, and my daughter is allergic to nuts.

Clean, modern, had everything you would require in the apartments, central to restaurants - just a lovely place to stay - wish we had longer!

Could not get any response from reception/mobile phone number when trying to contact - in regards to one bed room not being services prior to our stay - simply forgotten by cleaner as room out of the way - but we got no reply...child had to sleep on blankets - did not want to sleep on sheets that were used. But other than that fantastic accomm!

We have stayed in these apartments before but this time it was in a studio which is as small as a motel room so it is quite pricy for a studio. Our last visit was a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment which was an upgrade for the same price and really very nice. Our studio had no view at all but for us it was just a stopover before an early flight out and it didn't t matter. Still like the position and newness of these apartments with secure free parking.

No outlook from the room could be an issue if stopping longer than a night. Felt like a motel room without onsite staff. Not sure what happens if the codes don't work to get into the room.

Room was very clean and all the appliances and furniture was very modern. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

The security code to our room didn't work and we had to share a balcony with another room.

upon arriving the entry code we were sent did not work and had 4 carloads of guests all stuck outside, no staff on duty to help, phone went straight to voicemail. Upon leaving urgent message we all got sent a new code for entry but everyone had the same code which meant no security for our rooms, had organised a late checkout of 12pm the next day. Management had not informed the cleaning staff and they hassled us to leave early so they could clean the room for the next guests. Would rethink staying there again. Especially as the price was inflated so much for new years eve.

Great location, access to many cafe's & restaurants. Under cover parking was convenient. Room was well appointed, comfortable and very clean.

The noise from adjoining apartments. I could clearly hear conversations of people next door, and crying children woke me up - and I sleep deeply.

Location relative to shops and restaurants and great car park access . Foxtel was a huge bonus and nice and quiet environment.

Loved the location and the facilities and will certainly recommend to others.

it's not that I didn't like anything, but I would have preferred if we did have the option for the apartment to be freshened up (particularly the bathrooms, towels, and bins etc) on the second or third day of our stay. This would have enabled us to have access to dishwashing liquid, dishwasher cleaning liquid, tablets , toilet paper etc.

Room was not serviced daily No spa No pool No gym

Location, friendly staff, cleanliness, unit layout.

Recieved the room number at 3pm.

Was as described - no more no less!! Was lovely to have fresh milk in the fridge.

Had trouble getting in because they were supposed to send me a text or email with details of a code to get into the building - I did not receive a text or an email. I had emailed a couple of times in the previous weeks to ask if we could check in earlier but never received a reply.

The code was txt to me which made it so easy to get in and get to our rooms. Really nice two bedroom studio room. Apart from the noisy traffic (which didnt bother us at all, and once the balcony door was closed all noise stopped) our stay was most enjoyable, would stay again for sure. Cheers

Quiet convenient. Easy check in, straight to my room, no staff to deal with. Studio apartment perfect for solo traveller. Full Foxtel a bonus too. Well priced.

Need shelf space in the bathroom.

Locality, Across the road from a Supermarket, Clean, tidy etc...

Location was excellent for my busines visit to Brisbane. Security is very good and the undercover parking another bonus. This property will definitly be on my list for the future. regards Peter Harris

Office manager was top notch; she made sure I was in my room as soon as available and offered help when she heard my luggage was lost. I called her when I arrived at 6 am and she was helpful and cheery.

The bed was a bit saggy. And I've come to understand that most managed apartments don't offer face towels or Kleenex. I find that odd; perhaps tell customers so we can bring own or choose not to stay.

Great location from airport and city, relaxing, comfortable, modern, tidy, very spacious for our two children. Garage parking was great option with the exception of the steep entrance scraped underneath. But overall we Loved it. This is our 2nd year in a row we have stayed here.
