Nice friendly staff, really clean and comfortable.

Hotel has been recently rennovated. Rooms are new, very clean and fresh. Just one night but very well set up. Staff friendly and efficient. Would recommend.

The staff are friendly and caring. In-room food service was excellent. I would thoroughly recommend this motel for a good clean and economic stay over.

Considering the very competitive rates and the cleanliness of the room we cannot complain at all

Bed very comfortable and big. Water pressure good, hot water comes on straight away, shower rose good. Decor stylish.

We were in a "family" suite and were very pleasantly surprised by the "groovy" double room we had. Clean, comfortable and had everything we needed and friendly welcoming staff. we wouldnt hesitate to come back or recommend to others.

This is an outstanding country motel - possibly the best I have every stayed in.. Recently renovated, it is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Whilst the rooms are small, they have evry comfort. The bed is great and pillows are very good which is unusual these days. The managers/owners are very friendly, kind and helpful.

Comfortable beds, good air-con, nice shower, and staff were friendly and helpful.

No armchair in the room, and the tv was on a bracket on the wall, so couldn't be moved around for comfortable viewing. ABC channels - no sound, and we were told it had been like that for weeks (nothing had been done about it!)

I was pleasantly surprised by the facilities; room comfort and level of amenities. It was thoroughly enjoyable and equivalent in comfort & service to any larger establishment in 'the big smoke'. As a designer/decorator, I appreciate and value those aspects even more and found it a truly restful place from which to attend to work in the area. Good Motel - Very clean and up to date rooms The Front of the Motel gives the impression it is an old Motel, but the rooms are certainly very modern.

No complaints about the Motel - but about the Best Western System We are members of the Best Western Gold Crown Club International, and my complaint is that if you have been given a discount price, you are not allowed to claim any points for your stay. Other Loyalty Reward cards I have , do allow you to claim whatever dollars are spent. Best Western needs to fix up their game!!!

The room was comfortable, with modern features that had updated the motor inn to a standard that I would expect for the price. I would stay there again if traveling that way and recommend to friends fora no fuss, comfortable stay.

On arrival, you could be put off by the location thinking that the traffic noise would interfer with your stay but I didn't notice the traffic at all.

Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and comfortable facilities. Easy to find.

As we are a family of five the rooms didn't seem to accomodate for this amount of people. We would possibly have to book two rooms which would make it an expensive stay.

I liked the very warm welcome I received , ( although I arrived outside the normal check in time ) The staff , Michelle was most obliging in offering to put extra roll out in the room which I found to be, clean , tidy and comfortable , thank you so much for making our stay in your country a happy one at Best Western Drouin .

заезд до 21-00. мы приехали в 22-00 и заплатили 30$ за поздний chek-in. администратор спал. вытяжка в душе шумела и свистела.

Friendliness of staff and helpfulness.

It was well stocked with nibblies and drinks, the air conditioning was quiet and the room was comfortable. The little bathroom was immaculate.

I was missing the coffee cups for a hot drink.

Really liked the decor It was clean, fresh, modern with quality linen, towels etc Staff were really friendly and the motor inn was placed back from the main road so we slept well

Excellent quality for the price paid, staff and hospitality top rated, very clean and comfortable, I would recommand it with a aaa +++

The king size bed was so comfortable and the room décor was beautiful and modern. The room was very clean. The mini bar was well catered and the ability to order snacks and meals is fantastic. I loved the large shower and shower head. Very friendly staff and very helpful. I would stay here again and recommend this Motor Inn to others.
