Drummoyne Serviced Apartments  

The facilities were good. The apartment was spacious and well laid out

The shower head in the room would not stay up properly. Waiting for others to empty the washing machines and driers

Absolutely nothing

The whole apartments smelt so bad, I thought I was in India with the strong smell of stale curry, could not breathe was awful, then there where cockroaches every where dead and alive, absolutely awful, would not recommend it to anyone. The air conditioning was the most noises I have ever heard and from the master bedroom the noise directly outside the window was constant all night, the traffic was constant, very noisy and as for the apartment upstairs, the noise from the dragging of chairs was constant, all in all was not good value for money and thank goodness we stayed only 2 nights.

I liked the value for money and that the bedrooms in the two bedroom had the kitchen and lounge in the middle so privacy, also close to 24 hour servo and good food :)

you have to call when you arrive to get someone to come let you in, be mindful when emailing you are getting the correct Waldorf (generic email) we were told we could get late check out but couldn't when we arrived waited at the airport for 7 hours in the end.

Great location next to fabulous cafes & transport. The apartment was very clean and accessible.

The layout of the studio apt. Was strange (kitchen was in two separate rooms) and it was dark & damp as it was slightly below ground.

The unit was clean and smelled fresh.

The unit was very small. There was no table and chairs just bar stools which were too high for the kitchen bench. No laundry powder even though there was a washing machine. No dishwasher. Parking was difficult. Bed was jammed in between two cupboards.

It was close to bus stop and shops for food, alcohol etc. The room was spacious and well laid out. Apart from the planes in was reasonably quiet.

We were told "serviced apartment" but it wasn't serviced once over our week long stay. It was hard to get assistance from the office, as they weren't always there. It wasn't mentioned that it could be in the flight path of planes.

Generally comfortable, amenities nearby

Should not be called "serviced apartments " because for the five days I stayed there, it was not cleaned, bathrooms not cleaned , linen and towels , tea /coffee not replaced or replenished, , bins not cleared ! Although there was foxtel , very few channels only could be viewed.

Great apartment - good location and great features in room.

Couldn't get on to caretaker when we needed to. Prefer not to have to step into bath to have shower.

it was close to my daughters wedding reception

for the 8 studio suites ,there was only 4 parking spaces

I loved the apartment. It had every need covered. Full kitchen and laundry facilities. Transport at the door. Perfect location.

Nice cafe next door. Foxtel TV Good kitchen. Good mattress.

Dirty windows. Dirty shower Noisy due to traffic No WIFI/internet

i was worried about the fact that my key opened the front door & my appartment & wondered if people in other appartments could open my door. The driveway into this apartment was very tight & it opened out right beside a busy intersection.

Good sized apartment with a range of facilities such as fridge freezer, washing machine etc.

Staff need a lesson on customer service.

I booked into 165 Lyons Road, but upon arrival, (after dragging my bag up the stairs) I found out that my accommodation was actually across the road, at 138 - a THREE storey appt building with NO lift! When I rang, they asked "did you request a downstairs appt?" I said "no I saw the picture (of 165) only had one flight of stairs and knew I could manage those (injured knee). I could not carry my suitcase up the stairs and had to take clothes out each day for the next day. I will not be staying there again!

Bus stop to city right outside door. 20 minutes on bus to city. Good eateries within a block. Near Five Dock Bay, Hen and Chicken Bay, and Iron Cove Bridge Bay, where Birkenhead Point shopping is.

отдыхали в сиднее в апреле 2013 года. свой выбор остановили на этом отеле из-за наличия кухни, отдельных спален для детей и демократичного ценника. больше всего понравилась площадь номера:-)

достаточно далеко от центра города, но мы приспособились ездить на паромах и автобусах. сравнение не в пользу нашей глубокоуважаемой родины.

Большие аппартаменты с оборудованной кухней, газовая плита. Задний дворик с барбекю. А так же бесплатная прачечная. Рядом автобусная остановка. До центра 15-20 минут на автобусе. Напротив магазин/ресторан морепродуктов.

Единственный минус - удаленность от центра. Но об этом мы знали заранее. С другой стороны, при поездке в центр проезжаешь по красивому мосту ANZAC. И еще, при отеле парковка всего на 5 мест, но вокруг, вдоль дороги, можно парковаться бесплатно.

La situation avec la proximité des transports en commun, des commerces et des restaurants. Equipement de la cuisine (freezer, frigo, four, plaques de cuisson, mico ondes, mach laver linge, sèche linge...)

Propreté laisse à désirer, Un manque d'ustensiles de cuisine (une seule casserole, pas de poele, ...) Congélateur complètement givré - inutilisable,

Ubicación bastante buena, con parada de autobús a la puerta que te deja en 20 minutos en el CDB o, en la otra dirección, en la estación de Burwood. Ferry a 20 minutos andando y varias tiendas y restaurantes muy cercanos. A destacar el pub irlandés PJ Gallagher's, en la esquina con Victoria Road, a 10 minutos. Conseguimos un precio muy bueno y el apartamento era amplio y cómodo.

Mucho ruido del tráfico de Lyons Road si tu habitación da a esa parte. También mucho aviones dependiendo de la configuración del aeropuerto. El concepto 'serviced' no lo tienen claro, porque en 9 días allí no apareció nadie.

The room smells funny, moldy perhaps because it's old fittings and furniture that needs replacement. No human contact with staff so can't really comment on their service.

The location is great, near to city-centre. The 2 bedrooms aparment has good facilities and very clean. However it would be better if the laundry facilities is available in each unit.

The caretaker could improve his customer-orientedness.

Comfortable and spacious, accessible laundry facilities and free parking.

Lots of road noise all night, and someone chose to take up two of only five available parking spaces.
