It was so lovely to arrive to fresh scones, jam & cream. Lester is so helpful and friendly and the house is so cosy. It was so well furnished and we were lucky to be the only ones staying the weekend so we had the house to ourselves. We had a wedding in Geelong and it was only 15mins away - but we arrived to a very warm home in the middle of the night. In the morning we had a wonderful big breakfast. Hoping to go again with the kids.

    The short stay!!

Great place to stay. We were made to feel very welcome the hosts could not have been more helpful and obliging; even to driving us to local restaurant for our evening out.

The owners were delightful, they were welcoming and very helpful in offering me directions, even printing out a map for me fully marked up, and with a lovely farewell gesture ...a bottle of chilled water and a muesli bar to take on my trip home. The room was clean, warm and nothing less than charming in every way. A chocolate easter bunny to welcome Easter Sunday on the bed table on my arrival home late Saturday. Thank you, I highly recommend this B&B.

Charming, exceptional Victorian house, very clean, innkeeper very friendly and informative, convenient, bikes available, strong and reliable wifi

We thought this was a B & B but it is not. Breakfast is A$12.50 each. Room definitely pricey.

Excellent customer service, with homemade scones on arrival, Lester was a perfect host, serving a fantastic breakfast, a lift to drop us off and a drink to send us on our journey. We loved the house and the room was well furnished and had a lovely bathroom. Highly recommended!!!

    Nothing.

On our arrival we were offered tea scones jam & cream. Presented beautifully. It was an unexpected touch. Lester Naylor was extremely helpful & obliging. He couldn't do enough to make us welcome & comfortable. The decor was beautiful. The bed was not only made up with beautiful linen but very comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was great value for money & again the presentation was excellent. The customer service was exlemplory. We would certainly recommend Drysdale B & B.

Drysdale house, along with Lester and Janice, was a lovely place to stay for a long weekend. The atmosphere was charming and very pretty. The bed was extremely comfortable. We enjoyed the bikes as well.

The bed was neglected to be made up for the second night ( I love a made bed, especially when I don't have to make it). I didn't appreciate the noisy second morning ie heavy footsteps in the hallway, loud dust buster and loud knocking on the door( to change the sheets) all before 11am.. It seemed like they really wanted us out of there. That part didn't seem very professional especially because everything else was perfect.

Janet and Leister were very friendly and thoughtful hosts - every detail was attended to. The provision of ear plugs to prevent auditory assault from my travelling companion was particularly welcomed. It was such a bonus having complimentary access to quality bikes so we could enjoy the fabulous bike tracks in the area. We will definitely be returning. The history of the house is most interesting and Janet has excelled in acquiring furnishing and ornaments of the era. Thank you - we had a very special week-end.

There was nothing we did not like.
