Proximinity to facilities and tram, quiet neighborhood, pleasant staff, parks for walking. Off street safe parking.

Narrow lane way made more so when vehicles were parked along the fence.

The location (close to city) and also close proximity to tramline and iga supermarket. The food in the little cafe next door was also very good and the couple running it were very helpful.

Our air conditioning unit was not working. It didn't matter to us so much as we were not necessarily going to use it but it could have made our stay uncomfortable if it was very hot or very cold. Also the kitchen cupboards were not clean. We actually had to ask the cleaner to wipe some spilt sauce off them. The staff member on reception when we arrived was not very helpful regarding a question about car hire.

Price was fine and most of the facilities were okay

It is supposed to be be a serviced apartment, but it depends on the definition of serviced. We were there five nights and only had clean towels three timees. There is no servicing of the apartment. No cleaning, making beds etc,so if you know that then it is fine.

The Cafe situated at the front of the apartments is amazing, and the staff there are so friendly! The location of the apartments is so close to concert venues, factory outlet shopping and the city centre, we could walk to all 3! FREE PARKING!

Our airconditioner didn't work very well, but we were lucky it wasn't too hot!

Large bright room. Good air-conditioner. Cooking facilities provided.

No facecloth or bodywash were provided. Iron leaked water. TV remote buttons were not in English. A bit overpriced for a hotel not located in the centre of the CBD.

in need of renovation, furniture is tired, we no hot water for 2 days, while they apologised often was still not good enough. I would rate this place as 2 star at best

The location is close to sporting venues and is situated in a quiet street in East Melbourne

That there was a tv but no DVD player

The Location allowed easy access to the CBD where we went to a show. There was very little outside noise. Parking was tight but accessable and reception was polite

Although the price of the room did indicate what to expect, there is no excuss for unclean rooms.This was also reflected in the untidyness at reception. Could do with a good tidy, new clean curtains and a coat of paint. Management needs to read the reviews and take notice

Staff where helpful.

I wouldnt stay again if i had a choice but it was the only hotel available for us in that area and in their defence i dont think business travellers is their main demographic. its quite tired looking, and much of the furniture needs updating (rips in the sofa). They ask for full payment when you arrive which is always a tell tale sign.

I think it is reasonable price. Basically what you paid for what you got is very reasonable. Room service is also reasonably good.

I would say it need some renovation. Also suggest changing beddings with new ones.

Close to where I needed to be and the price was good

Got stuck in the lift for two hours as it broke down, then got into my room and it hadnt been cleaned was someone elses dirty under wear and other items that had been left behind, ended up cutting my weekend short as I didnt want to stay there another night

The only apartment that offers free parking with their own car park

The place needs maintenance

I liked its location close to the city centre. The room I stayed in was comfortable and service was good.

It was a little noisy at night with some guest gettinf too late. I also found that the little bar fridge at night was a little noisy.

Our room smelt like curry
