Love the location. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Great value...
Nothing to complain about.
The secure carpark at the back was very good. For night life and eating, right in the heart. Tram stop right outside. It was ok for the money.
If you haven't been there before as i hadn't trying to find it amongst traffic was not very good had to go around twice to locate then had to pullover and ring to find out where the carpark was. It is old and tired, some of the rooms are now being renovated. Noisy trams right outside.
Friendly staff and good facilities. Great location too!
Stones throw from the beach, tram stop that takes you into CBD right outside front door. Right in the middle of restuarant and bars. Clean, comfortable and everything we needed for stay. Staff also helpful in arranging airport transfer.
Only negative was shower was either too hot or too cold, couldn't get it right no matter how hard we tried - but very minor criticism
not free wifi

Location and staff
The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was in a great location close to the beach, clean, comfortable and welcoming.
I would like to commend you guys for the very nice experience. .
The price was very reasonable and centrally located with lots of restaurants around. The room was bigger than we expected and the bed was comfortable and clean. I liked how the ground was floorboards too as opposed to carpet, feels cooler during the warmer months.
The place doesn't have a lift, just stairs so if you have heavy luggage - beware. The bathroom was slightly rundown but while we were staying there they were in the middle of renovations so we are guessing in a few months time they will look different.
Good rate, close to shops and city, room fulfil the needs.
Drive way into car park was too steep, scratch bumper bar and muffler every time. I will not want to stay at this place again unless i have a 4WD.
Room was clean and modern, good location, close to tram stop.
Not well equipped for the price. No baking trays so couldn't use the oven, no foil etc...the Wifi didn't work and neither did the microwave, so very disappointed regarding attention to detail on making sure the room was fully equipped defeats the purpose really!
The location of the hotel is perfect and will be a great place to stay when renovations are finished. Couldn't really have asked for much more for the price we paid. The service we received upon arriving was excellent and staff were more than helpful when we called for instructions on how to get there.
Bathroom wasn't the best. Sink blocked on first use and no shower curtain on shower so water ended up everywhere.
Location and the staff
Noisie toilet.locals hanging around front.
The location of the is great: 1 minute walking distance to the tram going to the city, 15 mins stroll to St. Kilda's heart, 10 mins stroll to the beach. Convenient stores and bakery open 24/7. Value for money great considering the great location.
Due to renovations, there was a little bit if unsettlement in the motel. Staff did not seem to want to interact with guests, except reception staff. Linen and towels provided but only being changed with additional costs - which we did not really care about as we only stayed for 4 nights. Room was cosy with 2 x double beds, not much room to move around. No wifi available - maybe just due to rennos?
When Bathroom door was open after entering room, there was a extremely strong mould smell.
A nice stay quiet and comfortable.
Very good location, lots of cafés bars restaurants and transport links. Clean, comfortable and friendly.
A little noisy outside at night if you were in one of the front facing rooms, seems to be a bit of a hangout out front for a few loud characters at night!
As usual, the staff were wonderful. Really no complaints, bit noisy on Saturday night, but that is no fault of the Motel.
Trams at the door, 3 routes so they run every few minutes with a destination choice of Collins St (112), Bourke St (96) (both via Southern Cross / Skybus) or Flinders Street Station (16 or 3a on weekends).
The building works / renovations were noisy, but they had dropped the prices and they didn't start until 8am.
The rooms were nice & tidy.
the staff member was rude to us when we thought that we had lost the key. The room door kept banging the whole night. Sound proof glass would be a good idea. if doing reno's put this on your website. looked ugly. could have stayed somewhere nicer for the money I payed, not to mention the extra for the parking In the back of the motel!!!
Everything about the hotel was defiantly up to scratch. 4 Stars :)
The only things that I could write that were a little off, was the noise of the renovations (which they couldn't help) and the noise of the homeless people outside, yelling and carrying on haha. but nothing at all was wrong with the hotel :)
For the prices I was very convenient n fair. I'd stay again!
Very clean, neat and tidy. The location is in the heart of St Kilda on the main street. Very cheat for the location. It is not a 5 star motel but it does the job for a night sleep.
