Very friendly staff. Free wifi did not work at first but was promptly fixed after making a note of it by the staff. Town center and sea front are a 5 minute drive away. Airco's are no split units, so potentially very noisy. We did not need airco however.

The Motel was clean. Total lack of propriety from the staff when we received a call from the reception saying we were 5 min late when arrived the check-out time. And the staff went totally disrespectful when we left 5 min later.

I didn't like annthing about the Econo Lodge. I found the male owner of the Hotel short and to the point during my check in and rather rude on any other occasion where we interacted. Realistically I should've prepared myself once I saw the missing letter E from the word Motel, written along the side of the building. Don't bother ordering food from the kitchen as it will most likely close during dinner time to avoid any extra work. The pool was closed and had not been cleaned in a while. There was no Wifi as advertised or AusStar as advertised. Dissapointing stay considering the price of the room and the four star ranking it has online.

I was particularly impressed by the cancellation policy. There was a chance that the workshop I was attending, might be cancelled. It had happened once before. It was close to where I needed to be for the workshop. It suited me perfectly and very affordable. Not applicable.

Unser Zimmer war recht in Ordnung. Die anderen etwas weniger. Mit wi-fi gab es etwas Mühen am Anfang. Hotelmitarbeiter könnten etwas freundlicher sein, auch wenn schon etwas älter.

Quiet, comfortable, clean, affordable - a real find. Proprietors very friendly and helpful. Shower recess quite slippery and no grabrail in shower - potentially dangerous. Long-life milk delivered with breakfast - we wondered why not fresh milk? - but this is a very minor quibble.
