Apartment was nice and clean. And very spacious.
The walk to Caville Ave was ok for us, if I had my kids with me I'd consider somewhere a bit closer. Also the tram might be a problem for some. I slept fine but could definitely hear it from our room when I was awake.
We all felt it was located very close to central Surfers, it was fully self contained with separate bedrooms upstairs and lovely pool, spa and BBQ area. Also very affordable for a family
Fantastic location. Right in the middle of two tram stops of the new G-link. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Clean Location within a block of the heart of Surfers
I had checked in late after being out on a training course all day, just wanted to flop in chair in front of tv, and have a cup of tea. Tv remote control wasn't working. Swapped batteries around - still no good. Looked at the batteries and they were corroded! Also tried to find manual buttons on tv but no luck. Called support no as front desk unmanned. Useless as they couldn't help. Waited on the phone for approx 5 mins while they followed up my issue. Then was cut off. Called back - got a different person - had to repeat the same problem to them. Same thing occurred as first call - while waiting at about the 5 min mark call was cut off again. Abandoned the idea of watching the tv that evening. Looked in the cupboard for a jug to boil some water. One of those that you click on and it automatically turns off when boiled. Tried it for about 15 mins in one position, then clicked it the other way. Waited another 15 min. No luck getting water to boil. Called up support no again by that stage around 11pm. Got the original person who had checked me in over remote phone outside reception at around 8:30. She was sympathetic and I assume called the on-site manager who by that time was in bed. He advised her he would fix the issue the next day. Then there were some noisy young girls in the room down on the next level, they ended up going out around midnight - thank goodness. I went to bed. No tv, no cup of tea. Only 1 blanket for bed in the middle of winter, so was a bit cool. Ended up waking up in middle of night to put tracksuit on. . Next morning went to course with a sniffle, returned that evening with a cold. At least the tv and Jug were now working. Had to leave the next morning and check out before office was opened as 3rd day of training. I phoned back the motel two days later to give them feedback. Apparently nothing wrong with batteries or jug so they say. I'm not an idiot but guess its my word against the manager.
Lovely setting. Great pool and spa. Good size apartment.
No service after hours when we tried to get extra blankets.
my daughter and grandson had a very comfortable and great time at enderley. definitely will return
Quite. Relaxing. We enjoyed the central garden and the closeness to the beach and Surfers. Would gladly recommend to any one looking for accommodation on the Gold Coast.
Unfortunately we came down from north so had to bring a sleeping bag in to use as a second blanket and we used our own pillows
The swimming pool and location was ok having a balcony!!
Dryer in room not working.. The apartment was freezing and no heating and only a small blanket on the bed !!
Good location handy to shops ,restaurants ,beach and transport.Clean and tidy room with a secure car park.

Not clean. Kids play area very poor. Pool not heated
WE arrived on a SAturday late in the afternoon as we were attending a conference. There was no one on reception (normal practice) but also no one on reception on the Sunday and we needed to get onto the internet - the only way you can do this was through the reception - which wasn't open! This seems a bit behind the times and they need to look at this. There were also some repairs needed to different things like we couldn't slide the wardrobe doors in the bedroom so we ended up taking them off and fixing them back ourselves! Wouldn;t stay here again sorry :(
The location was awesome - walking distance to the beach, Cavil Avenue and the tram just around the corner. Also loved that it was a quiet location and the pool looked amazing although not the weather for a swim.
That reception was only open until 5 pm weekdays and 9 til 1 on Saturday.
The location was good
Spa was cold, pool gets no sunlight because of all the trees, holding a security deposit for 5-7 days I am still waiting for my funds to unfreeze from the bank and I left on the 3rd august.
The location - very handy to surfers Efficient reception when booking in Good free parking
The endless rules and threats of fines for breaches - i.e. leave rubbish in your room and be fined $50 etc. All seemed to be targeted at the lowest common denominator. The noise from the street outside our unit
the location and hospitality of staff
Spa and location
The 2 bedroom apartment we had was in very poor condition and needs to be renovated. The carpets were stained, the clothes dryer was broken, the cabinetry in the wardrobes, bathrooms and kitchen were swelling and fraying at the edges from years of use. Only half toilet rolls were provided on arrival and when we asked staff for a swap of towels as we couldn't dry them because the clothes dryer wasn't working, they were not willing to provide us with replacements. Overall the apartment was very run down and should not be allowed to be made available in its current condition. We were very disappointed and will not be staying there again.
Awesome Location @ near Surfers Beach .. Staff was excellent and very supportive
Gardens and grounds were very tidy.
Sauna Bath had so much acid or the chlorinator was turned up to high. The water burnt our eyes and throats. We asked for non smoking & the rooms below us were constantly smoking, we couldn't open windows or doors because of the smell. Toilet door handle broken and my son was locked in for 10min. Couldn't use bed side lamp because the wires were exposed.
situation and installation
the rules are too rude and very expensive in case of keys left in appartment or if you don't live at 10 AM exactly , rubbish left ....it's not fair .
Property was close to Surfers Paradise
The unit was getting a little tired. And I didn't like being confronted with a boarding school like list of conditions when arriving after a tiring trip. Booking.com should require such operators to include any preconditions on the website at time of booking, not sign in.
The safety aspect if you have children unsafe windows in stairwells . The smell of dirty used blankets the lack of blankets slept cold in qld winter .the stains on carpets everywhere broken parts and limited kitchen accessories . On departure $200 bond give days on still not refunded and to top off a disappointing stay with no contact from there staff they decide to take another $90 direct from our account for rubbish removal a bite size piece that my 5 year old had put in the toilet. On arrival back to there office to question the $290 outstanding was met with a very rude and confronting staff member . My advice is if y
The Spa. Location. Gardens were lovely and the pool would be very nice in the summer.
The room was so very tired and in desperate need of updating. Even just a paint job. It hadn't been cleaned prior to our arrival - what I mean here is that it looked like the apartment had been stood unoccupied for a while as there were cobwebs in the en-suite with dead ants in. Dust on the walls and the like. Needed gutting to be honest. Bottom of the drawers were hanging out at the back. Stuff like that really. If this was my apartment I would be embarrassed to let any one stay in it for free let alone charge them for it. We came back one day to the ensuite crawling with ants. No idea where they had come from but made my skin crawl. Gave the room a good spray and saw no more after that. We paid $515 for 4 nights - I wish I'd paid more for somewhere else. Reception was closed when we arrived (approx. 6pm sat evening). On the Sunday morning we got a message under the door to go to reception to complete registration and pay the security deposit. It was closed. Reception is closed on Sundays and Public holidays (we were there for Queens birthday holiday) therefore could not go in on the Monday either. On Tuesday we were up and out early as it was our last day and I completely forgot to pop in when we got back. Needn't have worried as they took the security deposit from my card anyway. Not sure if they should have done that without my say so and I am still waiting for it back. I had every intention of having a whinge when I checked out but couldn't wait to get away from the place so once I had confirmation that the deposit would be returned to me (eventually) I left as quick as I could. Oh lots of rules too - maybe this is a schoolies venue which would explain them. Lock yourself out after 5pm $100 charge, don't wash and put away your dishes $50, don't empty bins $40 charge etc etc. You wouldn't mind them if the place was nice.
I loved the friendly staff and the townhouse was just what we needed. With my niece being terminal in a nearby hospital the staff were more than accommodating when we had to extend for extra nights and had to have more family come and stay at short notice and at no extra charge. Management even offered us extra roll out beds and linen etc to accommodate us all. Locality to Surfers and surrounding restaurants is only a short stroll away and we could have been at a resort in Fiji looking at the pool, spa and beautiful gardens that surround the place. We highly recommend the townhouses as there is so much space in them. We will definitely return and will recommend Enderley Gardens to our other family and friends.
Only problem is that there was no record of our bond and a hold was taken on our account so we have to check with our bank to see what is happening with it.
I liked how all the facilities were there and very spacious. My family loved it there and wants to stay there again.
Would been nice if the two bedroom apartments were on ground level so then we weren't walking up the stairs and down all the time because there were no elevators.
Close to where I needed to go
Roadworks right near resort 24/7 Bed was extremely uncomfortable
