Friendly, helpful staff.

Bed was too hard.

Great welcome upon arrival , greeted at the foyer soon as car door was opened , we were asked if we required any help with our luggage , great value smorgasboard , also had a good value meal in the restaurant , nice music in the bar , not too noisy , great location , a really good experience , highly recommend

the hotel was bookd out when i was hoping to extend for one more night .

King sized bed and amenities. Convenient to city centre without having to retreive car. Secure valet parking.

Bath had a few hairs still in and around the edge.

Loo paper was abit lacking but other than that all was good!

All, meals layout, quality of food, well kept rooms, no noise, location, stff that say hello as you walk by

I actually could not fault any thing. I normally stay in the city, but now prefer Fremantle as less pace, less noise

Car parking cost could be a bit less.

The rooms were large, the staff were brilliant! Service was as is expected from a 4.5 star! Great location!

We received a fine for parking as we thought it was a twenty four hour per day parking area. Apparently not so, the hotel did not give us valet parking but breakfast instead. We would rather of had valet parking :( no spa in room.

The staff locking doesnt enough experience when I make check out thr receptionist make my receipt wrong for 2 times if I didnt reeview my account I could pay 500 extra for his repeated mistakes At break fast receptionist was not polite also the coffee maker was rude I sak for my coffee to take it in take away cup because im hurry they refuse and they want to charge me coffee from the bar while I pay for complete buffet The house keeping didn't change the bed cloth even I stayed there for three nights with the same cloth I prefer to stay in perth city instead unless at weak end

Staff were friendly, pool, bar, gym all fine. Can't beat the location though.

Rooms were average for price, but from what I can gather that is just Perth in general.

Good sized room, easy access, handy to transport

Found the bed extremely hard.

Great location close to the main restaurant precinct (2 min walk). Staff are friendly and very efficient.

Interior was quite dated.

The staff were friendly room serves was all ways quick the balcony was nice and it was close to all shops.

The four post bed was extremely comfortable, room service and menu superb. 30seconds from beach

I could here my neighbours quiet clearly

The smorgasbord meal arrangement and value for money of the meal for a business traveller.
