it was OK for one night, right on princes highway. There were a lot of people there that all seemed to be self catering
Couldn't get breakfast anywhere - found a chocolate shop that also did coffee and toast I thought this part of Lakes entrance was a bit run down. Only found one decent restaurant within walking distance - the Ferryman - great fish.
The location, facilities, staff, room were all excellent. Enjoyed our special weekend very much!
The only cultery and crockery in the room were for tea/coffee and cold drinks. It would have been nice to have had a couple of bowls, plates, knives & forks for snacks etc. S
We only stayed over night the room was clean, and the spa was wonderful, the place was quite considering it was a long weekend.
The foam mattress on the single bed, felt like you was sleeping on boards.
Big room- stayed in a 2 bed apartment very good.
Just at the end of the strip... Not sure they can change that?!
Everything was perfect. The staff the room the location the facilities the resturant. Can't fault anything.
Indoor pool, location, facilities, view, spacious room
noise in the main bedroom at night and bed a little hard
After a weary day travelling, the pool was sensational. Bed was also very comfy.
Room was quite pokey with television at an odd angle to watch comfortably. Fridge was miniscule. All information indicated a buffet breakfast was available on-site only to be told the following morning they don't do breakfast. All up, did not consider the stay good value for money.
Restaurant closed before 8pm and the entrance hall was dirty
Parking. Should have at least one dedicated parking to a customer who bring their own vehicle.
The kids loved the pool. Water was warmest we have ever experienced. Was great seeing we had wet weather during our stay.
Blocked toilet which gave the apartment a bad smell. Requested a room change only to find a running toilet and had to get plumber in to fix which took 24 hours.
roomy apartment clean, well equipped kitchen good water view indoor/ outdoor swimming pools, spas
poor WiFi signal
The pool and the spa and good car park space. Good space in the apartment
VERY DIRTY CARPET -filthy living room room 206 and it would be nice if towels can be replaced daily! Will NOT go back there again.
To be honest i have travel there with my girlfriend during the weekend and we did enjoy the swimming pool a lot which was very nice and the room was clean and in good condition.
There is no menu card available in the room and the restaurant closed i think a bit too early.
the unit was nice and roomy location was excellen teverything was within walking distance
the only thing we did not like is thatn the carparking was allocated to your so when you went and came back you can hardly find a car park
Great Location, great staff, great facilities Room was fantastic with every comfort you could want / the view from the room was excellent
Only a small thing but if someone is staying longer than a day it would be great if you could replenish the coffee / tea / milk rather than having to ask for it / when we did ask for it we were told that you don't do that if the room is booked for more than a day / not sure why that is when you would have to replenish if the room was booked to someone else / it didn't make sence to us at all
Nothing to like
1- the reciptionist with no experience to handle ur Qs 2- the room carpet was black from the accumulation of the dirt years after years 3- the room wasnnt tied up and cleaned until we called the reception about 7 pm 4- we have been charged 3% credit card fees although Booking.com cleared it in their policy that there are no charges at all and no fees for the credit cards **I decided not to go again to this hotel and never book through Booking.com
Pool and stsff
Nothing was actually bad, just not value for money
Very over priced for what you receive
Good location, nice pool
Guest rooms are to small. We were told the room had the option of adding a portacot but when we arrived we were told the room was compact and our daughter would have to sleep in our double bed.
Location, comfort, value, massage, staff.
bar opened during day and Sauna
The resort it self is laid out quite nicely and the hotel looks pretty well designed and maintained
We needed two keys to get to our room. One card to get through the first door and all areas in the hotel that were restricted to guests, then a physical key to get us into our actual room (which is about a metre after opening the first door) this would suit when booking both adjoined rooms, otherwise it's just weird. Our lock stopped working on the second day and we had to wait around for about an hour for somebody to come and fix it. The area outside of our room storey had a strong seafood smell, presumably what was being cooked in the apartment room next door, but it wasn't ideal.. Also there is no hotel safe
Great location, staff were very friendly and organised, it was a lovey staff, very pleased!
The price was a little on the steep side, $290 for a single night and that was the minimum.
Great views and facilities. Definitely reccomend to family and friends.
Very Spacious Restaurant on site Foxtel 2 pools 1 Spa
Bed was terribly hard
