the location was ok (if traveling by car), the staff was really kind and helpful, the pool was really nice. Basically everything was almost perfect. The lack of wireless connection in the rooms. |

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was the best we have had so far in Australia. The hotel was well situated for the City and had a great atmosphere. |

The restaurant and the bar 1- Venitian blind on the window, very old, impossible to make darkness into the bedroom during daytime. 2- Air conditionning unit, very old and noisy. 3- Too far from the centre of Cairns (40 mn walk). 4- No lift, difficulties for accessing the 2nd floor with 50 kg of bagages. |

The staff and the restaurant It said it was a 3 minute walk from downtown and perhaps it was so from the edge of downtown, but it was a 40 minute walk from the heart of downtown. (It could have had a chest of drawers for clothing soptrage.) |

Good value for money. Quite a long walk to Cairns downtown (30min), but only 10 min drive from the airport. Nice bar on the outside. The room weren't completely cleaned. Beds would be made daily and towels changed, but trash was never removed. |

Die ganze Atmosphäre hat gestimmt, es wirkt sehr gemütlich. Man konnte im Freien frühstücken u. auch abend essen. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich u. bemüht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Wir haben uns nach unseren Touren immer gefreut ins Hotel zu kommen weil wir uns dort so wohl fühlten! |
