Bathroom facilities clean and tidy.

The room needed a freshen up with paint and new carpet. Power point in bathroom did not have cover so looked rough. Toilet roll holder loose and requires tightening.

no bed side light. Bent pin on plug . Straightened and now works. Not checked by staff. Glass table wobbly. needs fixing. No signage in carpark. went to tower 2 and no signs to get back to recept. Lack of street signage to find the place.

Value for money great. We really liked the hotel, location design and views. But see dislike

The carpets, blinds and walls were very dirty- definitely needs attention. Many disfuntional items in room- stereo was not working, no batteries on remote control, balcony light not working, toilet flush was malfunctioning intermittently. Basic room maintenance check seems to be lacking. Aside from this these malfunctions we really liked the hotel- am sure these issues can be fixed

False portrayal from website not the same. Our apartment was very dirty and stinking we could not stay there we checked out the next morning. Not worth the money they ask for, will never go back

The kids had a wonderful time in the lap pool. We had plenty of room for the whole family.

The overall stay was Good except some details.

The dust under the beds. Rooms were not clean Floors were sticky Broken lamp/Glass in master bedroom. Bad smell during the night for about 3 hours left us with closed doors and windows and had to turn the air-con off as the smell was coming inside the room.

Close to parramatta westfield shopping center and train station .

Appartment is sooo dirty . especially the balcony . looks like never been clean, cobweb and bird extrements everywhere . I don't know about other levels but my level always smell curry. The tv is too far from the bed, cannot see much . the internet fee was so expensive, about $14-16 per day during my sejour , people next door partied all the week end ,drunk next to my balcony until 5-6am , talked so loud. They invited so many people to their apartment, I heard they pushing hard their door for like 10times in 1 hour at 4pm !!! I'm not exaggerate at all . I couldn't sleep so I had complain to the office bed lamps on the fiori apartment look nice , but they both didn't work. Alarm clock and hi-fi stereo didn't work too. Fire alarm in the celling was half dismantle and of course not working too ! please do not make the same mistake like me . do not refer from the pictures do not book this apartment.
