There was an issue with the Aircon in our apartment, and when we reported it the staff immediately investigated, and we were then moved to a new room, all within a couple of hours. So happy with how responsive they were to the issue.

There is no reception at the lobby but there is an office located at the corner of the building. Please send the reservation team a text message, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Guest must show a valid credit card upon check in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
