Shower too low for people taller than 1,70 m. Only one electric plug in the room and far from the table. It was not very useful...

even though its very small rooms staff were very accomodating and friendly thank you so much for a pleasant week stay, it makes a huge difference when you see friendly staff each day when your away from home :)

It was a bed for the night, close to eateries and easy access. Shower and toilet to small. NO provisions in rooms for the making of coffee or tea and bunk over bed was a pain as we hit our head on it getting out of bed. Coffee from vending machine was undrinkable (had to go to MacDonalds two doors down for coffee)

The price and friendly service. small space, the bunk bed was a no go as we 3 were unable to climb the ladder, the rungs were too far apart.King size bed was ok for 3.

The best thing was that the staff catered for our needs to allow us into a room very early in the morning rather than the 2 pm check in. Thank you so much for that. Missing was a kettle/coffee tea making facilities. A little too far away from venue at anz stadium. But great value for money. No tea making facilities.

Check in was easy, staff very helpful. The room was disarstrous! Tiny, uncomfortable hard bed and pillows. The bathroom similar to that on a caravan with no water basin! And being dwelled at not to have the door open in case the steam set off the fire alarm !!!!! My god!!!! A lot of noise from upstairs making it impossible to get to sleep. At $120/ nightcits hardly budget!!!!! So u say, u probably $60/ nIght would suit this hostel like experence.....

-Good price -Staff were friendly and flexible in our room choice upon arrival. We ended up with a king size room as far a way as possible from highway. -Staff insisted breakfast was not included in room price despite the contrary stated on their website. -Not near to any train stations, requires catching bus with unfriendly driver or taxis with apparently poor navigational skills.

Staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. Very affordable if you are looking for a no frills cheap room. There was no closet, small fridge or ironing in the room. The latter is available in the laundry room. Is surrounded by fast food outlets and close enough to drive to the city and shopping centers. The sink was dirty...

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable and everything worked. Not generally a very good location for tourists, but handy for the Hume Highway and very good for what we needed. It was good to have a laundry on-site and a good range of vending machines. Housekeeping was a bit hit and miss, but the managers made every effort to keep on top of it.

Room was reasonably clean this time time and no bad smells. The people in the 3 rooms surrounding me did not stop banging, talking and just making noise till after 0200 in the morning. Would have been good to know I could ring the on site manager.
