good location and access to transport (train/bus), helpful staff although all were Indian. There were cigarette burn holes in the top sheet of my bed, shower could have been stronger. |

Located not far from city center and cleanliness Facility was relatively poor, no frig and no tea or coffee facility and noise of William street especially at weekend nights. |

Location was amazing!!! No Shower stand to hold the shower head up, had to hold up shower by hand. There was no closet to hang clothes. TV was too small and too far away from bed. Aircon was broken. |

Just a place to sleep, no room for anything else. Perfect for hooligans keen to get on it for the weekend. We stayed 9 nights and it was good we were pissed most nights because the ones we weren't drunk the noise was unbearable! Very Very Very cheap is what we needed so it worked out perfect! Noisey, small rooms. |

Good value for the money (particularly because Sydney is quite an expensive city). It is a budget hotel. If we have that in mind, there is nothing to complain about. |

Very convenient, spartan rooms, but adequate for our needs; easy to walk to downtown Sydney. Staff friendly and responsive. Had laundry facilities, but expensive (A$4 per load). Internet computer available, but also expensive compared to nearby Internet cafes. |

Hotel Location is Good & atmosphere is good But there is no faclities like Phone @ room , Internet, Wakeup Call & a complimentary coffee in the morning , i think the services to be improved much better |

The hotel is near to all city sight seeing places The hotel does not provide drinking water in the room and also do not provide water supply provision in the toilet, as most of the Indians do not use tissue paper, they use water instead |

Staff were excellent and represented good value for money, rooms were clean , quiet and except for one night we felt safe and secure inside the hotel We found a couple of the other guests very disconcerting |

staff were good,helpful.clean.offered internet.not bad for an overnight stay only the rooms could have had a bigger t.v. and dvd player. some kitchen appliances would be good kettle,microwave,fridge. a linen cupboard.the door for pram or disabled access could extend open hours, or the kitchen at the least. |

Location of the hotel is good.Staff are friendly.The rates are reasonable. There's no clothing hanger in the room.There's no drawer/wardrobe in the room.TV is too small.Heater was not operational.No fridge so you can't keep any food stuff in the hotel.There's no slipper even!No shampoo!!Light was not suffcient.The rate of $38 per person per night is good (special offer)...I personally won't recommend this hotel for rate above $45 per person per night. |
