good location close to King Cross station and central part of city

windows could not be opened, bad smell int he room, not enough of oxygen

The rate and location.

The level of noise in the hotel throughout the night and the noise level from the street out side made it impossible to sleep for any length of time. Which impinged on the next day.

Right in the middle of the Kings Cross area which can be a bit unsettling at night. Room was very basic and smelt quite bad, had to turn the aircon on for over an hour before i could bear going in.

Location

The rooms are too basic. The lighting in the room is a 40w bulb in the middle of the ceiling. No light to read my book at nite. The bathroom is bad. No pressure in the sink for cold or hot water, barely a trickle came out. I complained and the staff said basically to " lump it" they couldnt fix this . its so poor you cant even brush your teeth with the water flow!! There is a distinct feeling that the hotel is there to save money for accor and not give the guest a minimum of confort. Bad way to serve clients!!

Easy access to where we were going that evening

Too noisy in the hallway pretty well all night.

Great Location. Fair Price. Convenient Parking.

Room is relatively small and the lack of hair dryer and water kettle is quite inconvenient.

Dirty rooms, broken toilet seats, broken shower curtains, leaking air con, rude staff.Had to move rooms 3 times then gave up at getting a room that was decent.

we stayed there to catch up with family,,however when we greeted my cousin in the entrance,,we where told there was no visitors in our room ,,he came all the way from the mountains ,,so yes this is a first and last time we will stay with this company,,your cleaning staff where loverly,always with a smile,,we are down from the country and need some where we can get to catch up with family,,thank you for asking Paul and Peter Burr

The location is close to CBD

The heater is noisy

Nothing Was food!.dirt and feet smell in Rooms and corridors and no wat to open Windows anywhere: disgusting!.for a very high price:139$. I wouldn t suggest anyone this orribile hotel!!!!!!

The only thing that is good is the location.

Having to climb the stairs which is very inconvenience if you are carrying a large numbers of luggage.

I think you should be aware of this, that I stayed in room 416 on the nights of 6 y 7th of february, and I have been majorly affected ny bed bugs. My body has been bitten everywhere. I am back in new zealnad but am doing my best to inform whoever needs to know about this.
