服务比较好，房间太小，接待人员热情好客。

屋子很小，卫生条件不好，洗手间太小，设施不是一般的差。床单是潮的，房间隔音很差，走廊里有人说话听得很- 清楚。

能看到歌剧院，虽然不大，但是感觉很好

空调声音有点大，没有可开启的窗。

The price and location was ideal for the one night we needed.. I liked that we were able to be given an early check in around 10:30am

When we got to the front desk to check in, we spoke to a gentleman who told us we had to wait for another guy to come back down and check us in. We had to wait 10min give or take which was fine but as soon as he came he served the person next to us who arrived after us and did not ask who was first. Please provide extra blankets. (we did not use the air con) And the towels were stained (please bleach or dispose of)

I was very disappointed with this hotel because a few months ago I was in Melbourne and the hotel Formule 1 over there was much better. I thought Sydney would be similar.

Its short location from Kings Cross and the cbd. Good location from entertainment and Restaurants.

The light in the Bathroom did not work on the last day.

Concierge helpful. Toilet wasn't working properly, and he fixed it.

Room was very small and cramped (for 3 adults). No tea/coffee making facilities. Went to another place 4 times the size, and a little bit more per night.

The location was convenient and the staff we met were friendly.

The rooms were spartan (nowhere to hang a jacket for instance). The shower had mold in the corners. Some of the other guests were fairly loud late at night.

Lackadaisical staff. Poor street presence. Lack of way to control room temperature and impossibility to open window.

Cheap price

It is as handy and convenient to the city sites....

The hotel was not very clean,,,good staff but not very clean rooms or the elevator,,could do with some improvement.....
