Very convenient, spartan rooms, but adequate for our needs; easy to walk to downtown Sydney. Staff friendly and responsive.

Had laundry facilities, but expensive (A$4 per load). Internet computer available, but also expensive compared to nearby Internet cafes.

The hotel is near to all city sight seeing places

The hotel does not provide drinking water in the room and also do not provide water supply provision in the toilet, as most of the Indians do not use tissue paper, they use water instead

I liked location as well as value for money. It was very good offer to stay in a quad room (excellent for family) for a price of two bed or similar.

the rooms could have had a bigger t.v. and dvd player. some kitchen appliances would be good kettle,microwave,fridge. a linen cupboard.the door for pram or disabled access could extend open hours, or the kitchen at the least.

Location.

After finishing work at 4am in the morning I was unable to access the front door as my card wasnt working.

Location of the hotel is good.Staff are friendly.The rates are reasonable.

There's no clothing hanger in the room.There's no drawer/wardrobe in the room.TV is too small.Heater was not operational.No fridge so you can't keep any food stuff in the hotel.There's no slipper even!No shampoo!!Light was not suffcient.The rate of $38 per person per night is good (special offer)...I personally won't recommend this hotel for rate above $45 per person per night.

Its a quiet place...and it located near to city, handy place.

very noisy staying in the front rooms i think double glassing would help to improve muting of traffic noise
