If you just want a clean place to sleep and cheap this hotel is the place.

The location only was good. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

Beds not made on arrival. Lift broke down 3 times in the 9 days I stayed there, my family was stuck in a lift on one occasion but they didnt seam to care. Had to pay to have my bag held on departure as I had an evening flight. Rooms really small.

Lack of amenaties, dirty halls, dirty carpet in room, dirty windows, noise in alley, expensive poor quality breakfast, costly internet, no phone in room, no shampoo, no face cloths, no hand towels.

Good location central to transport, or walk, close to shops, cafes, river and art gallery, low cost.

No tea & coffee making facilities in room, not even a glass for a drink of water.

very helpful staff and a good way to tackle the kids by providing coloring kit to them.

WiFi service very poor, maybe my room located quite distant from the router. One more thing, it is not multi-user password which not so convenience when 2 person in the same room have to take turn using one smart phone. sigh..

Location Excellent. Room size good for budget hotel (I have stayed at other Ibis budget hotels) but not as well kept.

Decor was very poor with some attempt to upgrade in progress. Breakfast not good - food not available all the time. No clean cutlery/crockery. Dirty floors. Rooms not secure.

Very quiet. Secure and safe. Friendly staff made check in and check out very easy. Great location and easy to get to.

Graffiti in bathroom and on wall of room 221. Small room for 3 beds, a bit cramped. The only thing separating room from the bathroom is a curtain.

Great location and very clean. Perfect for a boys trip away.

How clean and convenient the accommodation is to everywhere

Centrally located to the main shopping malls in Bourke Street, nice easy walk to Southern Cross station and the State Library.

Couldn't really fault much at all.

Bed very comfortable. Great central position. Helpfullness of desk staff.

We did not like not having a comfortable chair.
