We have enjoyed the Hotel when it was under the Regent umbrella and subsequently, Location and facilities are great except Bathroom size for super luxury hotel is now small. Service was generally good on this visit- no welcome back though on arrival! In this short stay only criticism was fruit selection at breakfast buffet was limited - no strawberries or blueberries.

We loved the location and the view from our room 2010 and close to ferry and buses. The only problem we had on arrival they couldn't find our booking lucky I had printed out our confirmation and had it with me but the reception desk were very helpful and put us in a room with a great view.

We were impressed with the staffs freindlyness, and how professional they all where. The service was excellent and the feel of the establishment was great. The hotel was cosmetically very appealing and the view from the room was exquisite. We thouroughly enjoyed our stay. We look forward to enjoying the pool facilities in the warmer months. Could be a little more affordable. Could maybe offer discounts for extended stays.

Most staff fairly pleasant. Good location. My bill was wrong. I pointed this out and was lied to. When I refuted that lie (and what I was saying was obviously true), I was told a different lie. After 20 mins of the front desk person making multiple phone calls and insisting that my bill was correct - I left, paying an inappropriate, inflated bill. Either that or I could have missed my plane. Horrible, horrible service.

Location is unbeatable, staff were great. Wanted to check out a little later for a nigh flight, they wanted to charge us a half day for about three extra hours. A group of 6 stayed for a week, I thought they could help us out with a few hours extra. Parking is AU$55 per day - I know it is the city but that is still very expensive.

The staff were extremely helpful and professional. When we arrived before the check in time we left our bags with the Concierge. I asked them to store the bags in the room when ready and further requested they arrange to place my champagne on ice ready for our return later that day. The staff were very responsive and obliging. The instant check out was very helpful. The room was a bit small and the partial view of the Opera House was as described. You need to lean to the corner of the room to view!

When me and my husband checked in we was asked if we wanted to upgrade from a city view room to a harbour view room for a little extra and we are so glad we did the views were breathtaking absolutely beautiful. We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights at the start of our month trip and 2 nights at the end. We travelled by car from Brisbane to Cape Tribulation so we stayed in a lot of hotels and The four Seasons Sydney was definitely the best one we stayed in. Would highly recommend and definitely return in the future.

location, lobby and foyer was nice. Breakfast was really nice The hotel rooms need a refurbishment as they are very dated and were very small given the expensive price. The hotel guests should also not have to pay an extra $120 for parking for the weekend

Excellent location being only a short walk to the Rocks, Circular Quay, the Opera House and public transport. The decor in the room was more suited to business travellers than those on a leisure trip. Would have liked to have an armchair or sofa in the room.
