Great hotel if you want to be near tourist attractions in the centre of Sydney. Also, after a busy day enjoyed returning to the comfort of the room to chill out and take in the spectacular view.

Amazing hotel with the most helpful staff. We loved staying here and will definitely go back the next time we're in Sydney. They made us feel so welcome right from the minute we walked into the lobby.

Fantastic location on the Rocks. Service was friendly and efficient and the hotel was impeccable. Quiet and the views of the Harbour (pay a little more) are worth the extra money spectacular! A truly enjoyable stay.

I stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel with a friend for a weekend get away. The customer service was outstanding, always felt welcome, the food was delicious and the hotel was clean. I recommend this hotel to anyone who can afford to spend a little extra money, to get a lot more back.

Great central location is a major plus Clearly worn out , this plece has been around for a long time without major renovation. While of course they kept it going to appear well, one clearly sees the times have changed. Worst of all, it seems they have started to save money for the next renovations .. guess on what .. the staff is not up to any four season standard, whatsoever.

Great location and the staff were very helpful For a hotel with an excellent reputation you expect the small things to be perfect which sometimes were not. Also when you spend a lot of money on a room you don't expect to have to pay $25 a day for WiFi, I have stayed in budget hotels and not paid for my WiFi. Room service which I expect to be a little bit expensive was ridiculously priced.

The concierge staff is excellent, all of them. They know everything in Sydney very well, it's very helpful and saves a lot of time. I got the exact room I wanted, and room service was very good. The hotel is a great location and the rooms look just like in the pictures, which is rare. There are many small services that make your time more pleasant and relaxing, like a great tv cable, or the mini bar that contains many things in reasonable prices. It does offer a good atmosphere and everything you need, in addition to an amazing view. The staff seems is by far too nice and too friendly. It's clear the hotel policy is enforcing an "over-friednliness" policy, but the result is a somewhat artificial and unpleasant surrounding which made me feel quite uncomfortable with everybody. It's better to let people be nice as much as they can even if they are in the service industry. The bar and lobby are very pleasant and cozy but overall the prices are very high and the services offered don't match the standards I was expecting of such fees. Maybe because it's Christmas season, but still....

We loved the whole design really. The lobby was spectacular and the room was gorgeous. The staff were exceptional and very welcoming. We enjoyed our stay. We thought in terms of value for money, it was a bit over priced for what we got, however the special deal we got was great. If we had to pay the full rate then it would not be worth the money.

The location of the hotel The staff at check in was aloof and frankly unpleasant. The view of the Opera House was misleading: you needed to actually sit in the window to be able to see it!
