helpfull staff ,fantastic view of the opera house,could not get a better location. bathroom a littlle small ,my son had a seperate room and his bed was not good felt it needed a new mattress. |

Everything, staff were very friendly and unlike some other nearby hotels and suites the staff made you feel comfortable, not on edge and didn't stand around looking at you like they wanted tips.......everything about the place, the room ..the staff all went the extra mile, just little extras here and there made it very more..ish. We will be going again. |

The bed ad pillows were luxurious, the room was small but well designed and catered for all our needs. We had robes on arrival but these disapperaed during our stay. |

It's central location, the friendly staff and their efficiency at dealing with requests. The gym and the pool. I stayed there for several days and there was a personal touch from staff. The breakfast was probably not up to the standard of the rest of my experience although I did eat in the restaurant at night and it was very good. |

The hotel was so convenient for me to walk to the venues I wanted to visit. I was disappointed with the view from my window. I had asked for a view of the Opera house but unless I sat in the corner, it was a view of the office blocks opposite. I would still choose to stay there again but be more insistent that when I request a certain view I get it! |

The great customer service and the beautiful lay out of the room. All staff were very friendly and polite. We arrived at 3:30pm, check in stated anytime after 3pm. Our room was not ready on time and we were encouraged to feel free to have a drink in the bar. This drink was not complimentary, this was added to our bill despite the fact that we were made wait 1 hour to get into our room. |

The main reasons for booking this hotel were the location (for a family gathering) and the level of luxury/comfort. The views from the rooms and the size and fittings of the rooms were excellent and the service was what we would have expected from a premium hotel. Yes, it was expensive but then you get what you pay for! All in our party enjoyed their stay. A minor point - but a little disappointing that two rooms for members of our party were not ready for them even though they arrived at the hotel well after the advertised check-in times |

Typical standard of other Four Seasons Hotels, which I prefer to stay in where ever I can. Comfortable, beautiful design, customer friendly staff, who are efficient, good food. Splendid stay! Space for my 2 open suitcases was insufficient - I did not unpack much as it was a 1-night stay. |

靴みがきの無料サービスはよかった。日本からの便が早朝に着いたため所定の時間前にチェックインしたが、部- 屋が用意できていないとのことでこれは仕方のないことだったが、ホテル内のスパでシャワーと着替えができた- ので、これは大変ありがたかった。もちろん荷物も預かってくれた。 特にない。 |
