I would like to thank all at Franklin for making my stay a truly enjoyable one. The staff at the reception were superb. I am also very grateful for the apartment upgrade. It is a reflection of the hotel's responsivenenss to concerns I had raised earlier about the 2 room apartment being too warm in the midst of what was supposed to be a very hot summer in Australia. The tap in the toilet of the master bedroom was leaking slightly. I should have brought this to the atention of the staff. |

Everything was well-organised. Staff were helpful. All room facilities were very good. It was very convenient to key city things: buses, tram, central market, ethnic restaurants - great! |

convenient location I've rated services/facilities as poor based on the elevator. There is only one and it was very poor trying to get downstairs to check out with each lift filled with cleaners and their equipment. It took over 40 mins just to get from the 3rd floor to the basement to put our luggage in the car and returning to the front desk to check out by 10am. Very poor, |

Comfortable space with great kitchen. The view was ok for the price. The receptionist was lovely and assisted my sister with covering for the cast on her arm. We felt looked after. We felt it was great value for the price. We had been to a funeral and were dropped at the apartment at 9.45pm and had had no dinner. There was no food available and not close to the mall to go out and get something. I would know this next time...it was about not knowing the city and where we were. |
