I know you have a restaurant there but it would have been nice if you had a microwave in the room. We didn't feel like eating in the restaurant the first night cause we were tired from travelling so we thought we could just buy a frozen dinner each and heat it up and eat in our room. But no microwave. Also the television kept turning itself on at 4 and 5 in the morning.

Outrageous price of the WIFI

Pool and surrounds. Entrance and gallery space were very nice if a little over-airconditioned.

The stairs from the upper level to the lower in one of the small passageways were littered with small insects and dirt. Suspect left over wet-season debris, Made the hotel look a little "tired", albeit you are probably just about to hit main holiday season.

The room and bed were very comfortable and we liked being able to open up our balcony windows and look out over the pool area. We had the buffet dinner and breakfast which were very enjoyable and good value for money. The hotel is well located for Nourlangie and Ubirr but about 45 mins from Cooinda, which you have to take into account if you wish to do a Yellow Waters cruise.

Although centrally located for most attractions in Kakadu, next time we would also have a night in Cooinda so we were closer to Yellow Waters for a cruise. We booked a cruise but missed out (we were there right on time but they had left without us!) as it was a bit further from Jabiru than we thought.

The Croc is definitely looking a little tired. The plates were greasy The remote control from our room was missing We had to wait a long time for a drink from the bar

The room was fine.

Much of the hotel seems in need of freshening up. Toilet seat in bathroom broken and toilet didn't flush well. Sink and taps very old looking. The grounds are not very well kept and the stairwells were very scruffy and dirty. Pool very small and not much shade provided around the pool. The artwork space was smelly and not at all inspiring. Bar was dingy and food choices far better at locations elsewhere in Jabiru.

Great spot in Kakadu. Great venue as above and fantastic staff. Very relaxing with no pressure.

The staff was really helpful and excellent. The best I have meet in my Ausrtraliatrip. Beds were marvellous - very comfortable !

Staff, food and location were good.

Booked a Jim Jim falls day trip through the hotel but this was over-booked so we could not go. Very disappointing

The service in the restaurant was shocking> the drinks ordered took nearly an hour to come and that was after a couple of reminders> the manager (I think) quite clearly couldnt give a shit and sighed and rolled his eyes when we asked for the drinks> no word/apology/anything was said. The food took over an hour to come out _ however it was pretty good food considering the wait. The restaurant wasnt even half full. The swimming pool was so cloudy you couldnt see the bottom _ despite the heat it was not a pleasure to go in.

Excellent location to visit Kakadu National Park in the Northern Territory Australia

The hotel is over priced. We were greeted with a corroded (rusted) door frame of the room. The bath was chipped and not clean The bottom of the bath room door was in a state of poor repair. The out door furniture was dirty. Rubbish left on out door chair for 3 days. (Not our rubbish)

We have stayed at a lot of places overseas and within Australia over the years and Gagudju Crocodile Holiday Inn would be the best by far, as far as customer service goes, all the staff form the resturant, bar and Inn very friendly and helpful, even as far as the house keeper offering to help with our bags, nothing was too much trouble. Pool areas was lovely and clean.

A bit expensive, but good service for the price paid

The food was excellent

Our room was billed as having a balcony which it did not have, we put up with a dodgey noisy room fan, which could not be turned off or regulated, and we paid almost $400 for 3 people in what was very far from a "deluxe room", which it was also billed as. The bathroom was tiny, the "mini-bar" had just 2 light beers and 1 heavy beer and that was it. The staff and the food made up for what was very much an ordinary motel with very ordinary facilities.

Comfortable beds

very, very expensive! Try for Kakadu Park across the road. Much better - cheaper, friendlier, entertainment, nicer pool. We went there to eat and wished we were staying there.

holiday inn was very nice the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was good comfortable and clean.

i think they need something more foodwise in the cheaper range and more snack type food the resturant was good but not everyone wants a big meal all the time .
