Our room was lovely and warm and cosy and the decor was pretty without being fussy (which can be the style of many similar BnBs). Breakfast was also very good, not eggs and bacon but pancakes and cereals and poached fruits. Hostess is really nice and friendly without being remotely 'too much'.
location, cosy room, friendly host, garden, port and chocolates were a nice touch, We didn't have a car but Susan kindly drove us to the Penguin Parade which was so lovely of her.
Luxury touches, soap, shampoo, port, chocolates, fine china. Beautiful garden. Excellent breakfast in a lovely dining room.
Bedroom slightly small.
Everything especially. the hospitality. and the great breakfast
Susan was a great host and helped provide area information and suggestions. Lovely place and very nice breakfast.
Lovely host perfect position close to cowes shops etc lovely garden and great breakfast
smallish room but it is a house afterall.
great garden，so nice
It was a pleasure to be in your nice cottage. If we visit Australia again, we will also visit this marvellous place with its personal atmosphere. Thank you.Susan..
We were given the smallest room even though we were the only people staying there-very cramped Also the breakfast was all carbohydrate -too many breads
Charming B & B with delicious breakfast by Susan, the owner. Luxury shampoo and soaps were provided. Port and chocolates were also included in the room rate. Only four rooms at this cosy place; that is perfect.
The ensuite bath was a little small, but that is to be expected in an "Old World" guest house.
i like this place with england style. really nice room
Susan is so nice and kindly, and the house is lovely. Nice choice.
The quaintness of the room and the setting.
The owner makes every effort to ensure that you have a comfortable stay
Our bed was a little bit squeaky. But it wasn't that bad
Excellent location in a quite road yet 5 minutes from the Main Street and pier. Beautiful setting and gardens. Splendid breakfast
The bed was nice The grounds were pleasant and very quaint and lovely verandah
Moody, uncooperative, inflexible manager.
The owner was very friendly and you felt very welcome
Owners attitude we felt pushed out and unwelcome as they had family there for xmas. Also payment was taken 3 weeks before we arrived , preventing us paying cash as the terms stated we could.
The host was very welcoming and friendly and made our stay even better. We stayed in the cottage and the layout, even though the toilet and shower which were external to the main room was clean and neat. Perfect little getaway. Morning breakfast was also delicious.
Everything was great.
Lovely place to stay. Highly recommend it.
A beautiful setting, peaceful and relaxing. The host Susan was wonderful, went out of her way to make you feel at home.
the owner was very pleasant and the brakfast was perfect
there was no bath, which was a big disappointment, i feel this should be mentioned, also the faulty fire alarm that continued to go off during our stay was quite annoying
Susan is friendly and provides helpful tips for visitors, including healthy breakfast and access to wifi
Loved the whole place, a beautiful garden and surrounds. We intend to go back and stay again at a later stage. Very friendly atmosphere.
