The older gentleman who greeted us was very friendly. He checked us in quickly and was always very pleasant to deal with.

very good location on a quiet street, close to shopping centre. very comfortable, good facilities such as microwave and laundry.

It was old type of service which is missing these days.

The hotel catered for my late arrival. Room was clean and tidy and services were good.

Lovely place, very clean, excellent value for money, very easy process for checking in and out as we were out of office hours, friendly staff, well furnished.

Nothing about the motel, if your a rare meat eater don't eat at the bridge hotel.

Beds are too hard. Back pain causes poor sleep and early waking.

Hotel is near to the city centre & close to Nowra Wildlife Park. A very nice Thai Restaurant is just 5 mins walk from the hotel. The room is clean, tidy & quiet.

Definitely not 4 stars! The chair in the room have stains on it. The double bed was against the wall & couldn't be move out. So if you want to get out of bed you need to slide down to the bottom of bed.

I unknowingly walked on a cockroach during the night and found it still kicking at the end of the bed in the morning I suggest they place some baits around

Friendly service, Lovely Area, would have liked to know the name of the large trees in the Street. We certainly enjoyed our stay, wish it could have been longer, if and when we are up that way we know where to stay PS Hope your wife is well again

It was convieniently located and good value for money. Neat tidy and clean.

Breakfast was supposed to be available as an option, but was never there.

Comfortable bed, quite clean. Close to shops but not directly in the cbd. Close to entertainment centre. For the price it was good. I never say anywhere is excellent.

We didnt like the unhelpul nature of the staff, their repeated rudeness and unhelpfulness

It was very clean, have stayed in some fancy motels that weren't as clean!

The only thing is rooms are too light, the curtains don't cover the windows completely.
