The security of this hotel provides a very safe environment and the location is quiet and central to all areas of the cbd

The location is fantastic, close the Paddy's market and lots of shopping along George street. Room is new, clean and comfortable.

I was assigned a connecting room, thus able to hear the tv from the neighbour next door.

Service staff were very obliging and were very helpful.

Only issue was poor water pressure in shower, hot water not all that hot either in the morning or the evening (room506)

Good location, friendly staff and good restaurant.

The location was main reason for staying there, as I had an overnight stay waiting for a connecting train and the railway booking clerk recomended that hotel, it is just 5 minutes walk to the railway station.

The bed sheets had not been changed on the bed since the last guest. The Hotels reason was that they were helping to clean up the environment by doing less washing. If you didn't like it you could make a call to them and ask them to change the sheets.

I enjoyed my stay however it would be great to have the bar, if not the restaurant open on saturday nights

Staff are very helpful and happy. The place was always clean and tidy. Great position for shopping and site seeing! Over all id give it a 7 out of 10 only because they stuffed our room up and downgraded us.

I didnt like that our aircon wasnt working as soon as we got to our room and I was told that our stay will be upgraded and really I think it was downgraded. The room was tiny and didnt have the same things we originally asked for when booking. They need a better menu in the dinning place down stairs there wasn't much to choose from and no deserts at all. I also put a sign on the door to clean our rooms and they were not done.

Its location is very centralised, and we have easy access to the city and train station. The room is clean and despite being a little tiny, it has everything that a traveller will ever need. Hotel staff is helpful and friendly too.

Sour reception staff, both in attitude and (lack of) helpfulness. I booked a Superior room, and it was the size of a postage stamp. I wonder what the regular rooms are like ... There was a fridge in the room, complete with a few mini capsules of milk. What was the point of these? There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. I ate one meal in the restaurant. I ordered one of the specials, which arrived tepid in the centre and cold on the outside. Oh, and they insisted in full payment on arrival. What class of hotel does that? And yes, of course, the Internet was chargeable. Stay somewhere else!

Normally I wouldn't have stayed here however my sister made this booking by mistake and it turned out alright.

I really like the set-up or configuration of the room. The hotel is clean and staff are friendly.
