I liked the low price and that's pretty much it. Shared bathroom was not adequately pointed when booking. Had a surprise when found out. |

The staff were friendly, the facilities were very clean & the quality of the breakfast was superb.Very good value for your money All the doors leading out onto the wooden staircase joining the building need door closers. They were banging in the the wind & with people coming & going during the late evening,I was kept awake until almost 3 a.m.When drawn to the attention of staff the doors were subsequently left open during the night for the remaining two nights I was in residence. |

garden view from my room, good value and great breakfast :) the kettle in my room didn't have anywhere to plug in - I had to unplug a lamp and boil it over by the bed which was just a bit awkward. |

The location was terrific, right opposite the Opera House and next to the Harbour bridge and the PM's official residence. Less than 1000 metres from subway station with excellent links to the airport and all parts of the city. 2 minutes walk from waterfront. I paid £29 for b & b - fantastic value. Rooms have shared bathroom facilities - but at £29 per night in this location one cannot complain. |

The breakfast is quite good. The shared bathrooms. Though it seems fair for that price, and they are actually very clean. |

No real hassels, everything went well. The buffet breakfasts were good, but after a few days the availability of cerials would have made a good alternative. The shower head in one of the amenities blocks on the third level needs adjusting. |

Easy going atmosphere with adequate facilities and was good value for money being close to the city. Room was not well cleaned, and was woken every morning very early by someone walking across the deck directly above the room. One of the two bathrooms was constantly out of order, causing waiting for the facilities. |

Accommodation is affordable and with breakfast included it is really good value. I have only occupied double (standard) and twin room type accommodation at Glenferrie, and I have always noted the cleanliness of the rooms, the shower facilities, the dining area, the receiption area and the outdoor area. Parking near Glenferrie when staying overnight during the week is a problem. |

The best thing about the hotel was its breakfast. We paid extra for two rooms with views and there was no views, we overlooked a fire exit and if you swayed your head back and forth between the trees you got a fleeting glimpse of some water. |

It was comfortable and clean and the choice for breakfast on a morning was exellent for the price. There was also plenty of information on hand for things to go and see and do around sydney. The internet on hand was a little over priced i thought. 2 dollars for 15 minutes compared to what you pay in the centre of sydney. |

The outlook of the hotel is good with a comfortable open area for dining and relaxation. The location is far and transportation fee relatively high. The beddings were poor, not as clean as shown in the pictures. |
