The staff were very friendly and helpful, with nothing to much trouble. The rooms are very well appointed. Over all my stay here was very enjoyable and we will be coming back again when we want to have another break.

As a guest of the hotel we feel parking should be free. A more comprehensive break down of charges on the statement would be nice.

Gym could be better. They charge for post cards $1 and coffee pod $1.50.

They arrange the room on third floor with fence outside of the balcony which totally ruin the ocean view.

The bed was supersoft and generally amazing

there was no coffee sachets for coffee in the morning. only pods that were $1.50. The vague girl on reception put the whole amount of stay plus security on credit card when I said I wanted to pay cash.

We stayed in January and were told thst you had just upgraded all your internet and were havin difficulties geting your Movie channel running Advised the same thing this time ( not sure what was going on )

My partner and i are on holiday in Aus from London visiting his relatives and decided to have a night away by ourselves. I booked it online not knowing anything about the area or your reputation. When we arrived, your staff were very friendly and exceptionally helpful. Our overall impression of the hotel is its interior design; funky, quirky, trendy and very comfortable. Newly refurbished with perfect innovative interior design. Very kind helpful fashionable staff. Do not miss the breakfast which is brilliant and affordable!

Slightly expensive. Spa was under construction. Private functions blocked the hotel public areas including the bar for two nights of our stay.

Funky style, happy friendly staff, great food, wonderfuly comfortable bed.

A bit noisy in the public spaces when there were a lot of people around. Could have done with some storage under the bathroom sink.

Good vibe. Great decor. Lemonade on arrival was a nice touch. Very nice breakfast.

We left our room around 4pm and advised reception that we had the bathroom lights didn't work, and they advised that these would be fixed while we were out. We came back late at night (about 11pm) to find our room had no power. We told reception and had to wait about 15 minutes to be told we had to move to another room. We had to pack all our things in our room (in the dark) and transfer these over to a room of the same standard. We were offered zero compensation for the inconvenience, which I thought was really poor of the hotel. They could have given us a discount on our room or breakfast, or upgraded us - but nothing.

I liked everything qt Gold Coast had to offer.

It's an oasis of L.A. Glam- Chic at the very heart of Surfers Paradise! And the staff is gorgeous too!

Loved the design and the colour of the interior! And all the quirky items in the room. Really enjoyed the Teppanyaki restaurant. And the fact of having a cool bar downstairs that attracted people from outside the hotel. Erica at the pool bar was a delight and full of local knowledge!

A few things throughout the hotel mainly regarding lighting and electrical fittings weren't quite right and were showing the wires, or the lift the panels were off which made it apparent that the hotel was probably old and had just been renovated. I liked the bed but my partner thought it was too soft. The clock in our room was strangely on nsw time so we were showing up to appointments an hour early.
