Close to the beach, restaurants and other attractions. Although clean, the room was dated - carpets and decor. Bathroom especially, tile grouting was stained. |

Big room, close to the beach, around 10 minutes away from Surfer's Paradise. Room service doesn't respond to phone calls quickly. I tried them couple of times on different days and sometimes I need to call 5 times before someone can answer my call. |

Hotel staff were helpful. Got good advice on things to see in Gold Coast and nearby places. Lift floor buttons were malfunctioning in some lifts and indicator informing arrival of lift were not functioning for all lifts. |
