Regarding service it was really good, no comment on that Hotel as five star, i don't think should be rated as that . Rooms are not really satisfied under that rating.Chairs were dirty and hundred years old, what really shocked me ... I would say it would not be any better than 4 star

Relaxing by the pool in the amazing Gold Coast weather. Views from the room were top class. Bed was like sleeping on a cloud.

I was impressed with the proximity to the beach, and being able to upgrade on arrival. I was unimpressed with the lack of staff. It took a very long time for the staff to answer the phone and there was only one person at the main desk, although several people were waiting to check in / out. I also thought the bathroom was dated, and I don't know that I would describe the hotel as a 5 star resort.

Very comfortable room with great location One evening & very early morning we were greatly disturbed by the people in room next door playing very loud music. Also how your hotel procedures alowed some one to be able to charge a dinner bill to our room. The person had my name & room number & it matched. I found that extremly disturbing.

Everything Car parking facility, too costly. After you pay high rates for your stay you expect them to accomdate your car parking too at no additional cost.

Great location, close to beach, shops and restaurants. Nice clean rooms. Friendly staff. Not very baby friendly.... No baby change facilities/ table in public toilets.

When I rang reception to let them know they gave me the wrong type of rooms (I paid for ocean views) they were up within 10 minutes to move us with no hassle. The bedspread and desk chair were stained.

Friendly, efficient staff, very clean comfortable rooms, different decor touches like flowers everywhere and candles in foyer. Only disappointment was I booked an ocean view room but was given a river view. Didn't say anything as I didn't realise until upstairs and to change rooms would have made me late for event. Also computer system was slow so took a long time to check in and check out.

The comfortable and clean spacious room in a great central location of broadbeach. Close to shops casino bars food and the beach. Within walking distance to everything you can leave the car in the parking space!! Quiet and classy atmosphere. The heated pool and decks and the view Everything was pretty great. The only thing I didn't like were the bacony chairs which I thought were quite uncomfortable but that's it

Quite honestly, I feel the Hotel was a bit cheap trying to charge $30 a day for Internet, for something on top of which doesn't work properly. When you're paying $250 a day for a room that does not even include breakfast, you should not charge for Internet. My only reason for staying there was location and recommended by conference organizers. I'd not choose Sofitel again. Too expensive for value they provide.

The comfort in the room we had was amazing. They had the best bed and the pillows were like clouds! I want to buy them for us at home. Great to have a coffee plunger too. The long life milk, fresh is always best.

The Gold Coast Sofitel far exceeded their Brisbane cousin, where we usually/used to stay. Gold Coast Sofitel was immaculately clean, modern and provided the advertised brand of amenities - all most important for the weary traveler. We received a non intrusive welcoming phone call to check everything was in order and if we required anything - very professional. We also enjoyed beautiful views of the sunrise over the ocean. Even with out the view, Gold Coast really set a top standard for other Sofitel Motels to follow.

徒歩で行けるレストランが沢山あり、困らない。 連泊でしたが、ジャグジーの掃除はされてませんでした。（宿泊前からの汚れが、ジャグジーから出てきました- ） 一泊A$500近くするお部屋でしたが、値段の見合わないホテルだと思います。
