Golden Chain Tower Motor Inn  

Very clean modern superior room which was a good reflection of care from the family owned business. It was spotless. Actually out of all the motels we stayed in this was the best.

Not much you can do about this but the slight truck noise at 5.30am was a reminder that the motel is close to the major town through road. Might be that I am also a light sleeper.

Very pleasant reception staff,helpful and told us where all the attractions were. Accommodation was just what we needed.

We would have liked some knives,forks and spoons to use for our breakfast. Fortunately we did have a plastic knife which we could use.

We loved this hotel. The decor was really modern everything was in immaculate order and spotlessly clean. One of the nicest places we've stayed in during our travels. Tv, really comfy bed, undisturbed sleep, fantastic breakfast delivered to our room in the morning. The staff were really lovely and helpful to suggest things in the area to do. We would have loved to stay another night! Can't rate this hotel enough....hats off to the owners.

Rooms were newly renovated and thoughfully designed. Staff were etremely helpful with local attractions. Breakfast was excellent.

Clean, comfortable, tidy, well presented. Fixtures are typical 70's and a bit retro, but the room was perfectly acceptable. Bed was comfy and we had a good nights sleep.

We loved our stay at the Tower Motel. In fact we booked another room on the way home. Beautiful refurbished rooms, clean, modern, comfortable.(Nothing had been overlooked). Friendly staff. Handly to all conveniences and sight seeing.

We were upgraded to a newly-refurbished unit, which had many great facilities. It was spacious, comfortable, quiet and very clean. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, and in all we had a very pleasant overnight stay.

The location made it difficult to find any restaurants, although it was quite easy to get a pizza delivered to the unit.

Check In of 1300 very welcoming and efficient. Kindly gave us a map and directions to our destinations. We stayed in a newly refurbished deluxe room, nicely decked out with all the extras perfect for a couple. Can request microwave if needed to your room. TV/DVD all easy to navigate/up to date compendium/booklet with all information. Housekeeping 5 **.Breakfast of bacon eggs toast can be delivered to your room for $10 pp or choose from the Menu.t extra cost. No restaurant on site but can order in from reception from one of the nearby restaurants if placed by a certain time. Extra milk on request, even the tomato sauce which hubby had to have for his breakfast was there in a matter of minutes. This is a small family run motel/hotel perfect for a BASE for catching up with family/friends but if you want swimming pool/resort style then opt for the bigger establishments.

Parking - right outside door and can hear other guests arriving back at night, this was a weekend night, but this is no different from other motels/hotels

I liked friendly staff and nice and comfortable designed room. Everything was spotless clean. I was very happy to have access to Wi-Fi.
